Taco Bell — Restaurant in Magnolia

My family loved Taco Bell. We would eat there at least 3-5 times a month. After our last visit we will not be back!!! My husband, daughter, and myself placed our order inside. We went and sat down talking and looking at stuff on my husband's phone. My husband ordered a nacho party pack not realizing how big it was. I looked up and see the worker fixing it. I told my husband "wow look at all those nachos, there is not way your going to eat all that". My husband looked up and was surprised at all the nachos. As we both was looking at the guy fixing it another person that was working the front counter was talking to the worker. Over the past year, my experience with Taco Bell in Magnolia has been horrible. The customer service at this venue is supremely poor as the employees are not friendly and incredibly rude. One guy employee sat out in the lobby and held a whole conversation with his lover for an hour...arguing and cursing loudly for all customers to hear. A manager was rude and made our order so poorly that I don't think I will return to this establishment. I ordered a fiesta potato bowl that had old, dried up potatoes. I asked the manager to please fix my order for her to only remake the order with the same dried potatoes from the service line.
