Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Magnolia

I had a mobile order for carryout on the app, it said it was ready so went through the drive thru to pick it up and waited in line for 15mins or more and I asked the lady at the window what was going on because it said my order was ready and apparently it wasn't in the store so I asked to speak to a manager which was the lady at the window and I explained I had kids in the car and I just wanted to know what was going on and told her that my order said it was ready so she said hold on then came back to the window after already waiting before and told us to pull around so we did and then I went inside and when she finally brought the order to me I explained it again and I told her I understand if they were busy and I told her that I'm normally patient and calm but I do have kids and I told her she could have called my phone number on the order and she said Who? Who could have called you? She said that the app and everything was a robot and she was really rude and then cutted me off at the end and told me okay lady have a nice day. She didn't apologize or anything. She didn't even give me her name. Also I'm not racist but she was a dark...

The pizza i got om 7/6/21 at the Magnolia, Arkansas Pizza Hut was poorly made. I ordered a large thin crust Edge pizza with light sauce, Pork, Mushrooms and Black olives. There was too much sauce, and very little toppings. The toppings usually will cover the whole pizza but this time about 1/4 of the pizza had NO toppings. The quality at this pizza hut has been going down for the last year or so. Unless something changes, I will not be ordering for this pizza hut again. Too bad, because it use to be my favorite pizza. 12/3/21, Decided to give Pizza Hut another try. Pizza was made correct but was made too early and when I arrived to pick it up it was not hot but warm. It took the employee 5 minutes to just find my order, pulled it out of a warning bag and handed it to me. When I checked it, it was not HOT. This pizza hut needs new management and employees. ...

Pizza seemed undercooked...Multiple tables were unkept thought when I came in only 2 guest tables were occupied so not sure the delay in getting things cleaned or stocked. I ended up cleaning off a booth table as that was my preferred seat. Neither plasticware or silverware was stocked in the dispensers at the fountains. When I asked for some, I was given plastic forks and was told would need to look for knives in back. The young lady came back and said they only had 3 metal knives. I was a party of 5. Luckily, not all of us chose to use a knife. No parmesan cheese or red peppers stocked at the tables. I had to go around searching multiple other tables to find. The kids enjoyed the food so in the end may be that is what mattered most. For me the experience was very underwhelming and not at all what I remembered...
