Dunkin' — Restaurant in Mahwah

I went to this location because it's convenient. I agree you might be desperate in Caffeine or ice cream because this is one of the worst locations I have been to. The other locations are not to great either the staff are almost never friendly. But my recent experience was bad. I decided to order curbside so I pull into the designated place where the sign is in the parking lot. I don't end up waiting long this lady hands me the food and says your suppose to pull up there points at the curb then she says we no longer do curbside I said oh ok but that not what the website says for this location .She's like yes I know but we don't. Unfriendly about it period so the sign was in the parking lot and she says I needed to pull up to the curb and typically for emergency purposes your no supposed to do that. So as she stands there I quickly say..sorry about that but she says nothing and walks away. I do not care how convenient it is ...I am done will dd. No more spending more for poor services not acceptable..America does not run on dd runs on Starbucks you may pay more they deliver a great product always consistent great service. Dunkin was went down please dunkin know whoyour franchise owners and what there...

It's great, but please, please, please replace the plastic feet of the chairs. The steel chair leg bottoms make an AWFUL grinding, shrieking sound whenever anyone pulls them in and out, and that sound grates on your nerves and is awful to hear at any time, but especially early in the morning when you haven't yet woken up fully.

(The men's bathroom door also has a grating shriek when opened and probably just needs a drop of oil.)

These chair leg caps (and a few drops of oil for the door) are probably inexpensive, but even if expensive, they would be worth it to your customers and can make the customer experience enormously better.

Please, please, please do this, for the sake of those of us who enjoy eating in peace and quiet, and who enjoy calm, relaxing...

So today I was served a stale coffee cake muffin. Brought it back to the cashier & he offered me a choice of other muffins. I asked if they were all stale & he said yes. So he gave me 2 boston cream donuts. I would have preferred a refund. The coffee at this DD seems to always be watered down/weak. Also all DDs should stop giving attitudes to people who request paper cups as opposed to the standard styrofoam cups.
