I would take away stars if I can !!!! I was ordered Lg diet coke with no ice, Sweet BBQ Bacon Lg combo with no ice, and McChicken at the drive through.... and he took awhile because he got it wrong and seemed like he just start working there and after done ordering he even repeated back to us... and when i looked at the receipt and what we got was medium drink and medium combo... so i parked my car and went in to talk to them and even willing to pay more if i had to.. and when i went in there and speaked to the cashier she just pointed me to different person. I told him what was wrong and he was just looking at the receipt as i speak to him and try to say we ordered medium, so I told him that's not what we ordered and the employee put down the wrong order. And the respond I got was not even a word of sorry.... he face looked like he was annoyed that I even bothered to come in to correct my order and he just picked the order from the counter and took out french fry and toss it in the trash and start make new one and just put it in the fry cup without reducing some oil.... I started to get so upset the way he acted and other employees and the look he gave me and still not saying sorry or what so ever... i miss old employees who used to be there and managers too.. the manager was there watching all these ... so dissapointing I highly don't recommend this...
Read moreHorrible costumer service! Especially the manager name Luis ? Today the app has an issue when I ordered. I show them what’s happening so one of the employees called the manager to try to help. This manager was very unprofessional even compared to one of the cashier. He said it’s not the McDonald’s problem it’s an apple problem so I can’t get the app exclusive deal. So then I explained and show him what was the problem. He doesn’t wanted to handle the situation. I closed McDonald app and reopened it and app showed me hummmm something is wrong.. then sometime if something happened on app. They usually understand and try to figure out because they know I haven’t used promotion today so I’m eligible to use. This manager was saying to me keep circling around that McDonald location until app works. He can’t accommodate it. Then while I was explaining he said do you want free coffee? Is that what you’re looking for? I’ll give you free coffee. Is it make you feel better? Did I asked him FREE COFFEE?? Then when I ask his name, he doesn’t wanna give it to me. So one other employee gave me his name very bad customer service ever !!!!! I was not looking for free coffee. So I paid. I was trying to get my McDonald app deal. This very unprofessional manager handled the situation so bad shouldn’t be in charge of this place !!!!!!! Are you kidding me ??...
Read moreHorrible experience...placed an order through the drive thru and the guy handed me one bag and 2 large drinks...I waited and he opened his window and asked if I was waiting for something else. I was still missing another sandwich, 3 large fries, sauce for the 20 piece chicken nuggets I ordered and napkins. He looked confused so I showed him my receipt and told him I was missing several items. He grabbed some lady who told me she gave it to me. I had never seen her, only the guy. She insisted that she packed it. I told her she was free to check my van. She still looked like she didn't believe me but grudgingly gave me the rest of my order. I asked her for napkins and she gave me 3 napkins after ordering 5 sandwiches, 20 piece nuggets, 3 large fries, and 2 large drinks. I asked for more napkins and she looked exasperated. I asked to speak with a manager and explained the whole situation. She apologized immediately. The employees at this location need to be re-trained on customer...
