CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Maine Township

Over the years, I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy. This is my second visit, I had a bad experience. However, none one acknowledge me when walk over the counter. One of the them She is young and has a pimple patch on her nose. I have never been acknowledged by either of the girl or the guy there. No one has ever said to me, “Hey, I'll be right there, I see her looking at me through the computer. That’s interesting. I stood there for about four to five minutes. The other young lady that was attending at the drive-through finish with that customer, she approached me to help me, the need to process my insurance card because I had changed insurance. The rude one with the pimple patch left to help at the window driver through than returned to where I was standing waiting to be acknowledged is attend to a guy as I was waiting for my prescription. So, was I the problem because that is the second time I visited that location, and she treated me that way? Next time I won't be nice. I'm not the one to step out of character easy but she will tell me what's...

One of the staff here was rude. especially the south Indian woman, who I think is the pharmacist. I came around closing which honestly was my bad. But they were the only pharmacy that had my medication in stock and I was in a lot of pain. And I was being questioned and yelled at. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t be a pharmacist in retail if you don’t know how to treat customers.
