The same sorta kinda Mexican-based food you can get any any other Taco Bell, nothing more or less, which is essentially junk food.
Service is especially iffy during the peak hours since the cashiers were not manning the registers - they were very busy with taking drive-thru orders and making food. One kid was able to get my attention and eventually got me my food, but was missing drinks; I was about to ask about it, he's already left. I eventually got my drinks. I don't entirely blame him, but it shows that the mobile app order workflow doesn't work - the cooks get the orders but the cashiers have no clue about them, so things get missed. It's as bad as McDonald's mobile app workflow. The kid tried, so I can't blame him 100%.
I should of used the drive thru service - it, at least, works. Then it would of been a better take out experience. A star off for the crappy mobile app service.
Being inside to pick up my order, the dining in facilities were generally good - lots of fairly clean chairs and tables, though the Hot sauce ran out, so a star off on that. I know, I could of asked, but the work crews were unavailable...
Read moreCame here several times and never had a problem.. until today. I ordered two nacho bell grandes, a chicken quesadilla combo (which comes with a a crunchy taco - I order this without lettuce) and an extra soft taco. I get home an notice that they only gave me the nacho bell grandes. I go back and they give me the missing “items”, I check and see the two tacos and the quesadilla in the bag and drive home. WHAT I GET WAS a cheese quesadilla with NO CHICKEN, a crunchy taco ONLY LETTUCE, and the regular soft taco. TWO TRIPS AND YOU STILL CANT GET THE ORDER RIGHT. Never again. This was a complete failure. I was told to ask for Maya to fix this order when I return but I feel that if I went back and they messed it up again, I might lose all...
Read moreThis may be a review more of Taco Bell as a whole than the location because the location does fine:
Just can’t believe a few things now: Cravings box went from $5.99 to $8.99 literally overnight (not worth paying for anymore)
No more “Fresco” option where they would remove the dairy from the taco and add tomatoes. Now you have to do it manually and it costs $0.40 extra
Two tacos and nacho cheese chips cost $7.40 which is very high
Certain promotions not in the app or available to order
Taco Bell used to be THE place to go for cheap late night food but not so much anymore. It’s only redeeming quality now is being open late
Update: the regular Cravings box is $8.99 here and $6.00...
