The "Hummus Guy" Middle Eastern food truck specialties are the most authentic I've had since leaving Israel. We had Guy cater some salads for a brunch, and everyone raved about the flavor and diversity. The hummus, tehina, and baba ghanouj were absolutely outstanding. The delicious-ness I experienced was second to none. Three days postpartum and had the most delicious food from this place. Right on time. The triangular cheese pastry has me hooked - The borekas, all the spreads and the pita, falafel, etc absolutely yummy.
