Dunkin' — Restaurant in Malden

I did a mobile order and wanted to try the new Berry refresher that the dunkings collabed on, and I go to the window to pick it up and the kid tells me they have no refreshers. I was like "okay I'll just get a refund then" not upset. And then the manager comes over visibly annoyed and then tried to give me a refund on my app but it didn't work so he gave me cash. I took the money and was about to leave and he says "why did you order that?" And I was like "Order what? The refresher? Because it's on the app and I wanted to try it" and he was like "we don't have that and I've never heard of it" like he was mad at me and I was like "it's from the Super Bowl commercial? It's a new drink that all the stores should have right now, specially if I can order it on the app" and he was like "no it's not" and I was like "???then talk to your manager because you'll be doing refunds all day" and he was like "I am the manager and I'll just take it off the app" and I was like "alright it's not my fault you didn't do your job right" and he was like "I did do my job right, I never heard anything about this, it's not my fault" and I was like "okay..." and drove off. I called dunkin customer service and they gave me free points on the app and apologized because I was right and said they'd be contacting him.

They only got one star from me cuz you have to pick one or u can't leave a comment. The shift leader Mario is the rudest person I've ever met. Everytime he's working he can be heard behind the counter saying the meanest things about the customers that are in their eating. However today I had an encounter with him. They forgot an item out of my order so I went inside( I normally walk in but was in a ride today) There was an issue with Mario and the driver due to the drivers thick accent. So I went inside I figured it Would be faster. When the cashier didn'tunderstand that I was telling her they left an item out Mario comes walking over. From the moment he starts talking he is speaking out of tone to me. Blaming me for episode in the drive thru. He told me that next time I being my so called friend there I'm getting banned. I normally wouldn't say anything but I go to this Dunk in every day sometimes twice a day. He embarassed me by yelling at me in front of other customers. He wouldn't stop. He called me white trash. My adventure started in the drive-thru. The person at the speaker box couldn't be less qualified to be doing their job, I waited for 15 minutes after many attempts to order, and being told to wait. Continuously being told that they were busy and I needed to keep waiting, but, the thing here is that there was no one in front of me and no one parked in the lot beside me in the drive-thru and two people behind me, I pulled to the window to see if the staff was in anyway taking care of someone else, but they were just standing in a circle behind the counter staring at their cell phones. Apparently something on their telephones was a burning scourge in their lives that instead of doing their jobs at work it had to be seen right away and shared with the whole staff. I really wanted a coffee, so o tried venturing inside but the woman whom appraoched me at the counter, was either on drugs, or withdrawing from drugs, she wasn't making audible sounds, just kind of mumbling at me. I promptly left the store and headed up to the Dunkin Donuts at North Gate. It took them less than 3 minutes to take my order and produce 5 iced Coffees. North Gate is where it's at,...
