Ambience & Location Uno benefits from a prime Back Bay location adjacent to the Prudential Mall, offering convenient access and a lively atmosphere . The venue features both a casual dining area and an adjoining bar, making it a versatile choice for meals or drinks . While seating availability can be generous, some guests note that service can occasionally lag, particularly during busier times . Food Quality & Menu Uno delivers consistently solid deep-dish pizzas—the iconic Chicago-style staple its chain is known for . The “Chicago Classic,” topped with chunky tomatoes, crumbled sausage, mozzarella, and Romano, earns particular praise . For those seeking lighter options, the five-grain thin crust and inventive salads (like the chopped power salad with goji berries, grilled chicken, soy nuts, and more) provide noteworthy alternatives . Beyond pizza, the menu includes a range of burgers, sandwiches, pastas, and steak dishes . Specials such as weekday lunch deals—like all-you-can-eat soup with half-sandwich or pizza in under 10 minutes—are convenient and great value . Service & Experience Local reviewers frequently commend the staff’s friendliness and the overall helpfulness, though some mention occasional delays in service acknowledgment or receiving to-go packaging . One guest described the experience as “not amazing but okay,” emphasizing that Uno remains a dependable and hot meal option especially given its late-night hours Overall Impression Uno Pizzeria & Grill in Boston offers reliable comfort food in a convenient, casual setting. It’s a solid go-to for deep-dish fans and those craving hearty, familiar fare—especially with solid weekday deals and a central location. While it may not exceed expectations, it delivers when you’re after consistent pizzas, friendly service, and a relaxing spot for dinner or drinks. Let me know if you’d like a comparison with other Italian spots nearby or suggestions for places with more authentic deep-dish styles!

Update 2: Stopped by tonight to place a to go order. Black gentleman works very hard and still maintains a good attitude. He had tables, hosting and taking care of all rideshare pick ups. As a former f&b manager I would hire him without even interviewing. They could benefit from permanent a hostess. The bar ladies need improvement as only the guy came over to assist with line. One came from kitchen with fingers in mouth from eating and didn't wash hands. Manager should work on checking in on tables and perhaps more staff to cut down on wait time. If you are at hotel, get a good discount. Love the large chocolate cake and cookie skillet. Update: First time going since the pandemic. They are doing a good job of following protocol. They use bleach wipes before seating you. Everyone has masks on unless eating. Elizabeth was a great waitress. Friendly, good conversation and she works hard.

UNO Pizzeria and Grill is conveniently located near the Four Points Hotel where I was staying during my trip. The restaurant was never super busy and every time I went there was no wait. There are tons of parking spaces available and the shopping center has tons of things to do. I had the X-Large Hawaiian pizza and it was enough to feed 4 hungry adults. My waitress was amazing and the food came super fast. The prices are reasonable especially if you plan on sharing food. The restaurant was clean and there were plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend this location especially if you are staying at the hotel.

This place is horrible! ( just this specific location.. Fenway is amazing ( chelsea the bartender is amazing at Fenway ) BUT CHELSEA THE WAITRESS IN EVERETT ? is TERRIBLE she knows nothing about what it takes to be a waitress ... last time we came she was in training and gave us dirty utensils to the point where we had to ask for plastic utensils.. Yesterday (my birthday) I stopped by with my gf and we ordered 2 courses an appetizer which we got with no plates no napkins nothing then our food takes 45 min after we were done with apps and CHELSEA as smart as she's not comes up to us and tells us our food will be out in A FEW MINUTES 25 minutes later she says the kitchen is backed up she only has some of our food to bring ( meaning the food that was done has been just sitting ) the food she brings is frozen been sitting there for about 25 minutes but we decide let's not fight let's eat it COLD but then she nrings out the rest YOU COULD SMELL THE BURN SMELL WHEN SHE PUT IT DOWN. So so far we waited 45 minutes for cold food and an extra 15 minutes for the last plate and it was BURNT !!! CHELSEA (she must be from dirty Chelsea MA ) never checked in she never asked how everything was we had to force ourselves to get to a manager .. this isn't a bad place I come here a lot and will go back but if you go DO NOT GET CHELSEA ASK FOR ANOTHER WAITRESS SHE IS THE WORSE WAITRESS IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED but there was a very nice Spanish girl who took care of her guests the correct way (chunky cheeks) she knows what she's doing CHELSEA RUINED MY BIRTHDAY SHE SHOULD BE FIRED BUT SHE WONT SO READ YOUR NAPKIN IF IT SAYS CHELSEA RUN!!! Don't let's the smile fool you your in for a nightmare dinner. ( I'm not a bully I hate ridiculing people but Chelsea deserves it she showed she didn't care that's why she got no tip AND I HOPE NOW SHE CARES MORE OR SIMPLY FINDS ANOTHER PROFESSION LIKE NOT...

After many years being a regular customer eating one of my favorite dishes the Chicken Spinoccoli,,, I have to share how bad it was my experience last night at the Revere location. Starting with the long wait to be seated almost 25 minutes. I have to clarify that I understand that many places are under staff and yes I work in one of those places that we still hiring so is completely understandable. Finally we got sat in one table near the bar. We had to wait around 15 more minutes for the drinks order so when the server arrived we decided to order everything at once, drinks, appetizer and dinner. After 20 more minutes the drinks arrived, then the appetizer with NO plates. The server disappear and then 20 minutes later the food arrived in the "manager hands". We asked him what was going on and he just flipped on us, giving excuses about being under staff and ask us to apply for a job there and tell people to come and apply for a job very nasty and rude. I told him that I am a Chef and I have to deal with working under staff every day and I never have to give excuses to our guest or customers so there is no reason for that and he never apologized and just walked away. I could just leave but I didn't because we were starving and almost passing out so we just finished our meals , paid and left the restaurant and thew manager never went back to the table even when we ask the server to call him back, so we just left. Now I understand why so many places are closing for good because of this kind of situation that makes business...
