Bridge Pizzeria — Restaurant in Revere

Food is not that good to deal with the rudeness and poor customer service. The food is mediocre, I order from them because the delivery is fast since they are so close to my location. I can get better quality food from Mike’s Place in Saugus or Home Town Pizza and they are much more friendly and appreciate of their customers. The man who takes orders over the phone with the Brazilian accent is very rude. He raises his voice and speaks over the customer’s voice while the customer is talking in lack of patience. He has demonstrated this attitude towards me more than once when I call for delivery. Once, he spoke over me while Im trying to tell him the toppings I wanted on my steak and cheese, in the end of the phone call, he asked me to repeat myself... which never wouldve happened if he wasnt interrupting me or speaking over me. Today, he demonstrated the rube behavior again. I told him that I’ll call another pizza place. It is a shame because I was a regular curstomer and always tipped the delivery man appropriately. This establishment with rude and unappreciatice behavior towards their customers does not deserve a penny from me. Again, order from Home Town or Mikes Place for sandwiches, they also have...

I order my food on the phone for a pickup when I got there I waited 5 mins in line and I got my . I went home and got comfortable to eat , I bite into my food and my sone put it out it have tomatoes I’m very allergic to tomatoes when I looked inside, there was a lot of tomatoes not what I asked on it , I order my food I know how I like my food so I know how to order I called them. I told him they have to. I told him that my order was wrong then I said to them I want a new burger delivered and they told me about 20 minutes to a half an hour I said well I want new fries with it. Also I’ll give you back the fries they told me no because there was nothing wrong with the fries so I’m gonna have a cold fries with a hot burger that didn’t make sense and my food still was not put in right I get this place thumbs down they was rude about taking the food back. Give me my money. I will have to wait until Tuesday to speak to the owner to get my money back, even if I gave them back my food I don’t understand that. Bad place!! I had left a nice review before this one for the Food which is Great and I bought many other foods after that but I just had a really bad experience with the service provided and I backwards with my review, I ordered a pizza for pickup so got to the place and grabbed my box and ran home as my family was really hungry but when I opened the box it was another totally different pizza so I went back and they told me that they will make another pizza and I told them that I didn't want it and that I wanted my money back, they told me that they wasn't allowed to give the money back but they could give me a credit to buy another thing next time and that the new pizza was already in the over also they will give me the new pizza anyways so today I called the place to order a new pizza and use my credit but the manager simple told that he decided not to give the credit anymore, what place treat the customer like that !!!
