Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mammoth Spring

My gosh, I have been going to sonic for as long as I can remember and it never fails that maybe 6 or 7 outta 10 times I go they get my order correct. I absolutely love to order a 44 cherry limeade easy limes easy ice and extra cherry flavor. Well, I use to drink plain dp or still drink root bear, but each place there ice makes ur drink taste different. I recently moved to Thayer and was so impressed at how fast my 3 drinks I ordered came out. Well, idk if u guys know this or not but everytime u open the app u never know if u can order through it or not. Well, I was told that the local sonic didn't have nothing to do with that. It was whoever but certainly not the local sonic. Okay. So the last few days no app no app. Then finally I called cause I'm disabled and recieve very small check and I told them I didn't know if something was wrong cause mind u it had been going on for days and that was unusual but there was other sonics open. So I called and got told they had the app turned off. After talking and asking if they would honor the half price and them telling me no. They are fixing to close do to weather. I asked if I could quickly come by cause I was maybe 2 minutes away she hung up on me. I love this place. I know I get awful drink but when I get a good 1 it's great but to be treated like this when I come in almost daily is uncalled for. And then u leave reviews and never do u get an apology or anything. Places that care will...

The person taking the order placed my order on the stall next to the one that I was sitting at. So they had to take my card inside for payment. They did not know where the order was supposed to go, due to the order showing on the wrong stall. The person pulled into a stall unsure why there was a total on the monitor. When the food arrived..the chicken tenders were so hard I ate 2 of them. Bbq was put on a couple peices, most ended up in the bottom of bowl. The car hop was nice enough, but was relieved by finding the person that placed the order...she kept shaking her head at the other workers..like she was irritated to help them.. Another car hop tries to give me another order before leaving. Not...

We were on our way back home and decided to get a soda and the kids a slushie. I love to order in the app, it's usually ready when you get there. Unfortunately, we waited over ten minutes for our items as we had to watch One young man running back and forth. He took payments from the drive-thru side, he ran food to the parking side, delivered food to the drive-thru side... etc, etc. He looked tired yet when he brought us our items, he had a smile on his face and was very courteous. Our order was correct and delicious as it is 95% of the time at any Sonic. Somebody in Mammoth Springs, MO needs to give this kid a little extra money, a week paid off and someone to help him at...
