Squan Bagels — Restaurant in Manasquan

Stopped going for a year because they never could get my order right or lost it and the place became dirty. Decided to give them another try because close and convenient. Order bacon, egg and cheese on plain bagel from a girl that answered phone. She told me ready in 5 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes later and they had no such order. Milo the owner said no one called in that order. I got my phone a showed him. He couldn’t explain but was accusing me of not actually ordering. Place is a disaster. Owner young kid blames customer instead of taking responsibility for poor customer service. Wanted this place to be good because it’s local and convenient but the owner is arrogant and lacks credibility for poor customer service. Never going back this time! FYI, I personally reached out last year to Milo the owner with my complaint he tried to get me back with a $50 gift card. We tried to call. Hung up on three times. Then finally got someone to “expedite” the order. I've been going to All-Star Bagels since its opening day and was blown away by the quality of their bagels. The store has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff who were happy to assist with my order. The selection of bagels is impressive, with a range of flavors that cater to all tastes.
