I went in there today and sat at the bar and said I would like to order, they told me I could not order at the counter and would have to pay at before purchase. I said Ok, when I was paying for the order I mentioned that you used to pay at the bar and make your order at the bar. The young lady started to reply and the manager looks over and says don’t take it out on my staff. I told her I just said that was the way it was, and I go to a restaurant to order and sit down and eat my food. She then repeated in a loud rude tone saying the same thing. Then I told her I will go somewhere else, she said that would be good. I have ordered from there every other week during the pandemic and continue to give them my business that whole two years. If they had any since they would look at past sells and see that I have been coming there for the last 5 years since I have lived in the area. Now unfortunately I will never return unless a apology for the way I was treated, I to own a small business in the area and will tell everyone I know. That is not the way you treat someone, I deal with people every day and expect no special treatment but I do give respect and would like it in return. I can ask or inquire about anything without being attacked for asking. I hope you get better customer service. I literally came in to C.J. Finz next door and got treated with great customer service. Went for dinner, had to listen to a 15 minute conversation between the manager on duty, and two female co-workers about their dislike for another employee named Oscar who wasn’t on shift. I asked the women to please aside to ask her to please stop the conversation that was meant for off shift and please take my order. After taking my order and my card the women was to embarrassed to continue serving me so she asked her male co-worker to assist me. The male employee started with an attitude asked asked me to tip the female who took my order. I declared I didn’t want to leave a tip and his attitude grew stronger. I asked how he expected me to leave a tip with the service she gave me and he shrugged and said it wasn’t his tip he didn’t care what I did. Tired of his attitude I asked for his manager, who wasn’t on shift, I then asked for his name which he refused to give me because ‘he didn’t know me’.. I asked for his managers number, he didn’t have his phone, I asked for his managers name and he refused. After moments of challenging why he is refusing to give me any information to file a proper complaint he gave a name of “Ashley” as the manager.
