Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Manassas

I am so disappointed in the service I received by them. I have been a loyal customer for years driving almost 4 miles away from my home just to get their pizza and being the only one in my family that liked them. I loved their crust since it was the only pizza place that has vegan friendly hand tossed. The other big name pizza places only offer thin crust. The last time I went was my last time I will ever set foot in their restaurant. They have a $6.50 deal for one topping. On the 4th of July I got an order from that deal. Since I don't eat cheese I had them sub one ingredient for that and then got my other topping. I got it for that price with no problem by the manager. Two weeks later I went back but left empty handed. When I tried to get the same order a girl took my order but was charging me more. Then I saw the manager so I called him over. I explained what was the problem and that the last time he took my order. Then he told me that the price is right because the "computer" won't let him do anything different. But I told him that he did the last time I was in there for the 4th of July. All he said was do I have a receipt. I told him no because that was two weeks ago. Who carries their old receipts around with them? So I said I didn't want anything and would not be...

Was craving Detroit style pizza but didn’t feel like going far to get it, so i gave little Caesars a try. 😳 it looked good, smelled good, the crust had a fabulous crunch… but… personally, i think i am starting to not like a lot of cheese. My body just seems to reject it, unless it was just the type of cheese that they are using. The sauce also didn’t have much flavor at all. While eating it i smelled something like the smell of dirty mop water that i used to smell when i worked at fast food joints and had a closing shift where i had to mop the floors. I kept smelling it to see if i was just imagining it, but it just kept smelling foul. I don’t know what that smell was on the bottom of the crust but… i just can’t eat anymore. I don’t even know if i would give it to a homeless person standing on the side of the road at stop lights. I was going to give 2 stars bc the crust had a nice crisp, but the smell just… i just can’t. As a vegan I loved that I could eat regular crust no cheese pizzas from here. Only veggies. I would only get 4 toppings. Now you know how they charge for every topping. Well the manager would always only charge me for 3 since I wouldn't get cheese they would swap one of my toppings with the cheese. One day I wanted my usual. I always brought enough money for what they would charge me. When I checked the receipt they had charged me the extra topping. I asked the same manager why he did that he when he never did it before. He answered "do you have the receipt from your last order?" I told him no, who keeps their receipts from months ago? So we got into an argument and I told him i would necer get pizza from this location again. Costumer service here us the worst. As much as I love their pizza I never again ate from this location. I only eat Little Cesar when I go to Waldorf now, way...
