I give a one star rating for servive for 2 simple facts: 1/ I have been there many times for both lunch and dinner and always get my order to go as I live less than a mile away. My first issue is that my last 4 or 5 times there were frustrating. I would arrive, place my order, pay and patiently wait for my food. What has happened to me is that people come in after I have arrived and get their food before me even though I arrived earlier than them. Two or three times I have had to ask the owner to retrieve my food. I find that disrespectful as a paying customer that people that arrived after my are somehow eating before me?! It is about processing orders in sequence, it is not rocket science, every restaurant does this (I have had other servers retrieve my food if manager is occupied) My second issue is simple, respect. I use to eat there 3 times a week, than once a week and now I think I'll take a break. I went there earlier for dinner, waited 15 minutes to find out their printer wasn't working, so I canceled my order, because the kitchen never made my order and my mom's food in the car was getting cold. Tonight, my family and I went to the restaurant for the first time for dinner, and we had an amazing experience. Norma, our waitress, was outstanding in her service. She not only provided a detailed explanation of the restaurant's main dishes but also patiently answered all of our questions with a smile. Her attentiveness made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

I decided to try pozole for the first time, and it was absolutely delicious—rich in flavor and perfectly seasoned. The rest of the family enjoyed their meals as well, each dish presented beautifully and tasting just as good as it looked.

Norma also informed us about their Thursday taco special, which sounds too tempting to pass up. We'll definitely be returning to take advantage of that offer and explore more of their menu.

Update - unfortunately after our 4th visit I’m forced to update my review. The first 2 visits were as I described below. The last 2 visits were totally different. The food quantity is cut in half at least. My first burrito was so big I wasn’t able to finish it. The second one (3rd visit) I had to swing by a fast food place on my way home because I was still hungry. My son ordered it today and it is as bad as the 3rd time. Same story with the fajita. The quality of the food is still good but for the price (very expensive) the size is pretty bad. It seems to be typical of new places, they start out great and go downhill as soon as they start growing.
