Upon entering the Bookery and reaching Proba Cafe, I was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the barista, who took the time to address all my inquiries with ease and professionalism. The establishment boasts an impressive selection of organic beverages, including hot and cold coffees, teas, matcha, golden milk, and hot chocolate. During this visit, I opted for a hot coffee latte, which showcased exceptional flavor and impressive foam artwork. Just as cute as it sounds! The selection for each genre is certainly limited compared to larger chain stores, or even libraries in larger cities/towns, but I believe there is something to be said for the selection being deliberate. There was a definite balance of classics, modern hits, and what seemed to be the curator's choice of most promising new release. I personally picked my purchase from the shelf of staff recommendations (each had a blurb of what made the book particularly exciting to that staff member) and it was definitely the right move! I love this place but only on Monday's Wednesday's and Thursdays before 1 if you go any other day the cook sucks!! I bought 2 beautiful Cookie's, one was a lama and one was a cute pink bird, I got home and ate one🤮🤢 I mean do they even try there Cookie's before you put frosting on them they were gross and tasteless!!! They look nice but taste nasty nasty!! My tuna was dry and chunky and gross, and they always gets my order wrong unless the cook Seth is working!
