Worst applebees I have ever been too. We stayed at the comfort inn across the street and figured it would be a perfect spot to chill and hang out. Worst idea ever. First night we showed up was around 7pm. We went to check in and the hostess had no idea how to figure out how to get people to sit at a table. Told us it would be about 10 minutes needless to stay it took a little over 30 minutes because she kept getting confused about who showed up. Maybe take a name when people check in like all the other applebees or hand out numbers? It's not really that hard. After seating food was good and came out quick because half the tables were empty. The next night after my wife's graduation we went for night drinks at roughly 10pm. Didn't really have a issue other then the bartender was all over the place and couldn't figure out what drinks were for who and same with the food. The main problem was the third night, our last night. We arrived and sat down at the bar again, roughly the same time as the night before. We sat down ordered our drinks and had a nice chat with the bartender Krista, telling her the enjoyment of the hotel we were staying at with the pool. While enjoying our food and drink we started chit chatting with some people across the bar. Enjoying in how they had their niece graduate from SNHU and how my wife just graduated as well. While talking with them the bartender, Krista, came up and told us the manager, Delia, who refuses to wear a name tag because she is "above that", told us we were being too loud and to stop swearing. My wife took this personal because she never swears and the party we were talking to was not spoken too. A few minutes later as my wife addressed Krista about the issue she told us how they "over served a regular from Nassua and they ended up in a accident and died." During the discussion my wife started tearing up because mind you we've each only had 1 drink and she felt like she was being singled out. Delia came up and started speaking to my wife, telling her applebees has a policy where if someone enters and starts speaking louder then they entered that they need to be spoken too. When I asked her if anyone complained about my wife she said no. She was singled out and we were forced out of there and we really have no clue why. I will be calling applebees customer service and will be complaining about this franchise. I guess if your not a regular here they'll force you out, and if you are you can get as drunk as you want so you kill yourself on your way home. It's disgusting that they let this happen. Mind you we have a hotel and would never do something as reckless and where we come from we wouldn't expect out local applebees to allow something like that. Sounds like management needs to be changed as Delia expressed to us she's been there for years and can do...
Read moreJulianna needs to remember how great she is. We ran into a few issues while there. Unfortunately there was a long wait for our meals. People who came in after us were served and we kept waiting. Julianna had been coming to see us every few minutes to update us while we waited. My food came out ice cold, steak and mashed potatoes. My husband's burger was hot and for some reason we were waiting on his food and my food ended up getting cold under the heating lamp. My husband also ordered mayo for his burger and no mayo. We truly didn't want anything, just to let them know cold food was being served. She ended up having the male manager come over. I can't remember his name but he was new, beer belly build, plaid shirt. He was quite demeaning, felt like he was accusing me of lying. I even offered to let him touch the food to see how cold it was I had no reason to lie because I didn't want anything. I just wanted them to be aware the kitchen sent out cold food. He decided to give us a dessert which truly we didn't want. We ran into another issue of a drink not being sent to the table. It must've been 30 minutes and Julianna kept checking with the bar on it. At this point Julianna felt awful after the 3rd time and spoke to another manager and they decided to comp my meal. I felt awful and didnt want Julianna to pay. She said the manager would pay for it. Our check came and the male manager v lined for my table. Looked at my receipt and stomped straight to Julianna. I was sincerely worried for her. I didnt want him to be rude to her. I asked for the other manager. She is younger, lighter hair. She was also a complete sweetheart, she came and sat down next to me and we had a lighthearted conversation. I wish I knew her name. She is just as amazing as Julianna. Even though a few things went wrong Julianna and the female manager made it a memorable experience. The male manager left a lot of to be desired. No customer of an establishment should be worried about the wellbeing of an employee because of a...

if the owners or managers respond to this saying “cross contamination yadda yadda” — don’t. this wasn’t a case of cross contamination. the food i got full on had dairy in it based upon the severe reaction i had.
i’ve eaten at many applebees locations in my day. I ate 2 fries from the basket of waffle fries and immediately started having an anaphylactic reaction. i googled the ingredients to make sure they didn’t change, and they did not. still dairy free. i did an “arm test” (i rubbed one of the fries on my arm) and within 30 seconds i had hives. i tried with a second try at the bottom of the container just to make sure and same result. i also did this with the side of honey pepper sauce i got and hamburger— these are all items i’ve had at other locations and online they say they are dairy free. instant hives for every single item.
this isn't a case of cross contamination. this food was either directly prepared in a bowl or area with a significant amount of dairy (like within a dirty bowl) or — i have actually no idea. this has never happened at any other applebees location in my life with the exact same food.
i genuinely wonder if they clean their cooking prep materials between items. something is extremely wrong here because every single dairy free item made me break out in hives. a small amount of dairy from a fryer or in the area would not cause this. trace amounts of dairy or contamination could not possibly be the case here. every single one of my items had a lot of dairy in them somehow, and i’m not sure what the explanation is or what excuse will be chopped up to try and explain it, but i don’t want to hear it.
BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES. THIS LOCATION IS NOT SAFE. biggest waste of...
