B's Tacos & More — Restaurant in Manchester

Yikes, I think these high reviews may be from people in this area not knowing what quality Mexican food should actually taste like.

Moved to New Hampshire late last year and drove by this taco stand many times over the past few months always wondering what the food was like. Finally took the plunge today and boy were we disappointed.

I ordered a grilled chicken bowl and my wife got 3 grilled chicken tacos. Everything was missing flavor from the rice to the chicken. The chicken was also tough and so were the tortillas used to make the tacos. Everything was assembled in a lazy manner as was the way how the veggies and items were chopped up before being added to the meal. The pictures speak for themselves. I will not be going back and would rather drive a little further for quality Mexican food. Would have preferred Taco Bell right up the road or better off going to...

I am a Tejana, originally hailing from El Paso, Texas and this is very close to what I had growing up. The water makes the food taste different; but honestly, I felt like I was sitting at the kitchen table in one of my old high school friends' homes. The food isn't overly spiced, each flavor is given it's own space and the yellow corn tortillas they make and fry in-house really bring it home. I haven't had good chorizo like the kind they serve here since my husband and I were in the South. Not everything will be exactly as they have it in Texas; but this is very close, and definitely worth a trip to try! We rented their taco truck for my grandfather’s 80th birthday, and it was excellent. It was a flat fee, so people could order as much as they liked. The truck showed up 30 minutes prior the party and stayed for 2.5 hours. It was hassle and stress free, and all of the partygoers enjoyed the food. There was a good variety of options for people to choose from, including vegetarian. The two guys working the truck were welcoming, friendly, and worked hard to make everyone’s food in a reasonable amount of time.
