2 visits in 2 weeks both not good. First visit recieved the wrong order after spending 20 minutes waiting in the drive through. Staff only acknowledged me long enough to get my card and hand me the wrong order, which I was not given the opportunity to speak up due to the young boy following the girl working. I'd say everything that was wrong with my experience could have been avoided if management would have been paying attention to the drive through employees, which brings me to tonight's visit. I decided to go in this time hoping for a better experience but as soon as I walked in the 3 employees working the counter(1 dressed as possible manager or shift leader) all looked like I interrupted them the shift lead?? Told me I had to wait until the other guy got back from taking the trash out. He came in went straight to work, which I appreciate but he forgot to wash his hands. But hats off to him because although there were 3 employees behind the counter and at least 2 in the kitchen he was the only one I seen actually being productive. Bathroom needed attention trash can over flowed on the floor and you could here an employee hanging out in the toilet stall talking to someone on the phone Fountain drink area was kinda gross, not necessarily the worst I've ever seen but definitely short of par for that many people on the clock doing nothing. Normally after 2 bad visits I'm done with a place but instead I'll go again and again to fill out the corporate surveys and maybe get the right attention. I filled one out last week asked to be contacted still have yet to hear from anyone. Tried to fill out another tonight and the website says they aren't taking anymore surveys for this period. So the online receipt survey seems to be about as useful as the overflowing trash can in the men's room. Yeah I went full Karen on this and I rarely complain I usually leave 5 stars I'd nothing else in the hopes to uplift the employees and let them know someone notices. But this BK is an absolute embarrassment to the corporate brand. And I feel sorry for the one guy out of a half dozen that was...
Read moreMay 7, 2025. I hopped off the freeway and came to this location on expressway in Manchester, Tennessee.
I placed an online order using the Walmart app. It automatically generated the type of impossible whopper that I like I parked my car, walked in the building within 30 seconds the Burger was handed into me. I questioned how long ago the Patti was made. As it turned out. They pre-cooked patties then I questioned if this was the impossible and I was told no they were telling me I got what I ordered.
The kid behind the counter that I was talking to, who happen to have an extremely dirty hair and kept his fingers on his head and the dirty hair. Kept telling me that IThe kid behind the counter that I was talking to, who happen to have extremely dirty hair and kept his fingers on his head and the dirty hair. Kept telling me that I needed to go into the app and request a refund, and there was no other way around it. And there was no way he was gonna be able to get me the burger that I wanted without getting a refund so he finally went and talked to the manager. He had to interrupt her for a zoom call. And she gave me OK to get my burger. They never asked how I wanted it. I got it like it presented, but that’s not how I eat it.
The girl on drive-through cute little long, blonde hair, started copying using the back of her hand shoulder cost. Then she copped into her shirt. And then she has me the new impossible whopper.
There should be an adult at this place. It’s an adult that doesn’t need to be on her personal calls while she’s popping the floor in the lobby.
This place is not presented well. At all. The people there have no idea about Customer Service.
I did go on the Burger King app to try to speak with somebody. That was an epic failure because all you get is a thought. To ask for very little information and then in the chat. I tried again after a human. It ended the chat.
A bad...
Read moreBurger King is one of my favorite restaurants. But sadly the one here in Manchester has fallen apart. I have given them multiple tries. Every time you pull up you're looking at 10 to 15 minutes waiting. Most of the time you have to send your food back because it's not right. Today I thought I would give them a try when it was not the main hours it was only 2:00 in the afternoon I was pulling off the interstate and noticed that there was nobody in the drive thru. I said surely this will be a quick experience just like we used to have a long time ago. I pull up and victoriously order a simple number one Whopper meal. Pull up to the window and the man immediately says can you pull up and Park. I couldn't believe that with no one in the line I was already having to wait. Any classic Manchester Tennessee Burger King fashion, the order was not correct. I kindly asked the gentleman to correct the order. He said nothing to me. He came back with correct order. I told him thank you and have a good day he said nothing back which is fine I understand. However the order was still wrong. I'm putting this review because I am sad that one of my favorite restaurants has declined so pathetically due to poor leadership no doubt. Healthy someone from corporate will realize that this restaurant is getting bad reviews and they will...
