D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches — Restaurant in Manchester

Ordered ahead to pickup quickly. I walking and the manager and another employee are behind the counter. The other employee must have been coming back from break or just getting there as she was trying her apron and didn't know where her register card was. The manager said "just use mine because she needs to be rung out". She (the manager ) then said something and I thought she asked me what I needed, so I said "I'm just here to pick up, I ordered ahead already". She stared at me blankly and didn't respond. She turned back to an order she was waiting to be completed. My order was right next to her, done. I wasn't sure it was my order, mind you, but in the end, it was. The manager looked at her employee and said "he's picking up" while the employee was still ringing out the other lady. As she finished ringing up the other customer, she looked at me, and I said 'pretty sure that's my order", pointing to the bag next to the manager, as the manager finally had the order ready she had sat there waiting for the entire time I was there. I was only waiting maybe 6 minutes, but I could have left in 30 seconds if the manager just said "oh, are you Jason, here you go". Even if she had acknowledged my presence, beyond telling her employee I was waiting for a pickup, I'd not complain. But, the manager ignored me, completely. It was not a great experience.

I just ordered food from this location and I absolutely love D'Angelo! I haven't had their food in forever since some of the other locations closed down. So this was the 1st time I've had their food in forever! I wanted to say this absolutely brings back Nestoliga and didn't disappoint! I got the large chicken and cheese sub substituted the American cheese for Swiss cheese omg this was one of the best chicken sandwich I ever had! Thier chicken was so juicy and tender it melts in your mouth its absolutely mouth watering! The bread was so soft and fresh you could really taste the high quality ingredients! I've gone to a lot of different restaurants in my life and this is my absolutely favorite place to go its definitely worth trying if you have never had D'Angelo before or are in the are looking for food definitely go here its worth it! You may think the prices are expensive but for the size the quality and the taste its an absolute steal! No other place can compare honestly Chipotle, and panara bread are super expensive and you never get as much food or as good quality this place hits the spot would highly recommend 10/10 won't...

When it comes to a food chain, there should be standards. They may not all be exactly the same but they should be pretty much the same. One D'Angelo should be like another D'Angelo. This one was sort of like that but slightly worse. Although we got immediate service, and the food was okay, the lady at the register could not put a smile on her face. Instead, she look like she just had an argument with her boyfriend. Not friendly at all, but not mean. Just the facts. She took our order, told us she would bring the food over, and she did. This type of service I consider subpar. If not anything else a patron should be treated with gratitude. We didn't have to go to this D'Angelo, but we did, and it should have been acknowledged that way as any fast food chain should do. The food was okay but the person who served the food needed some...
