Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester

The owners are making the employees stop taking drive thru orders when they are at three orders in the drive thru line so that a new one doesn't look like it took forever because of how backed up and slow things are, I've been going here for 15 years and it's always been in and out. Now with all the delivery services and online ordering? I was just there for 45 minutes in line just trying to get a coffee and go home. I started counting cars, there was never more than three beyond the ordering stall, there is room for SIX and there were SEVEN in line. The car at the ordering stall always got it's order taken the second the first car at the actual drive thru has driven off with their food. This causes cars to wait 5-10 minutes at the ordering window and for each car that was ahead of them as well so that corporate can see better numbers. It's pathetic and sad considering it never used to be a problem here or anywhere else. I get that corporate wants the money from online and delivery to make up for having to actually pay a semi-decent wage to their employees now, but making customers wait 45 minutes in line because you don't want to front the cost to make it work the way it should is not acceptable. Stop here from time to time depending on where I am going in the am. One of the faster dunks around. Yesterday my order was placed in the drive thru but it must have been deleted because when I got to the window it didn’t exist. I think the young woman was very new and a woman with multi colored hair assisted her. I could tell there was a lot that needed to be corrected and I held the line up for over a minute but they were both patient and courteous while rectifying the situation. Friendly little Dunkin' that is working on developing a connection to the community. The clientele and associates make me think 🤔 of the "Golden Girls" visiting "🥂 Cheers". Customers were actually addressed by their name 📛 and one associate was talking to a group of ladys who were crocheting. There are outlets where you can charge your device. I would recommend a plug that will prevent your device from being hacked or prevent the download of malware. I ordered a Dunkin's refresher online and it was ready when I arrived.
