This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever encountered on the entire side of the East coast. 🙌💯 My opinion is that they either need to hire all new staff or just flat out close this branch. I am new to the area and this Dunkin donuts is pretty close to me, convenient right!? Wrong! It would be amazing if it weren't for the incompetency that runs amuck here. 😭🤯 I like to think my order of Medium Cold brew French vanilla SHOT, 6 cream 6 LIQUID sugars is a VERY basic and standard coffee. Yet every time without fail they manage to botch my order and EVERY time I have to go back and have them remake it and it still tastes like crap. I tried to keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt, visiting at different times and days but every time I'm faced with the same outcome, leaving frustrated and winding up throwing my coffee land stuff in the trash.
I walked in the other day and placed my coffee order at the register. (Again, trying to give the benefit of the doubt and the convenience of it being close by.) After placing my order the cashier parrots back my order in question form. That blew my mind. She asks me, "How many liquid sugars? Is that the French vanilla SHOT or swirl?" Etc.
Listen, I am VERY specific to say these things when I place my order. So to have to go through the whole rigamarole was again, frustrating and not convenient. Like, what did she not comprehend (besides my entrie order)!? I asked for a croissant with butter and the girl who was supposed to make it asks if she should cut the croissant. I'm thinking, how else would you get the butter in there DDD?! 🤦🤦 Upon opening the food wrapper I saw my croissant was drenched, I'm talking soaked, with butter. It was Soo bad I couldn't even eat it. 🤢🤑
I just can't with the inconvenience of incompetency here. I say,"Get whatever you want somewhere else or make it at home! Save yourself! Save your self the hassle." You can thank me later. But the only way I'll ever step foot in here is to use the bathroom. They'll never see a red cent from me...

After the 3 cars ahead were served I got frustrated and pulled up to the window. I recognize the guy at the window. It was the same associate that said "all that sugar isn't good for your health" during my previous visit. He was laughing. I told him I was there for a long time but wasn't getting a response over the speaker just hearing him laughter. He said "our head sets work when they want too". He then walked away while I was speaking to him and started making a drink. A young lady approached the window to assist me but he shouted something across the room. I didn't hear so I asked her to repat what he said. She said "he said you need to rejoin the line because we cannot take your order at the window". He then moved her aside to take over and insisted I rejoin the line. After I refused and insisted over 10 times to be served he give in and did my order. He was very rude...
Read moreThis Dunkies is way off the charts with inconsistencies. Some times the staff is rude, other times they are super friendly. I've been charged for stuff just to have the order screwed up and other times its absolutely perfect. Another thing with this place is they ALWAYS seem to be "out" of stuff. And then they have a serious problem with people just hanging out. Makes it pretty uncomfortable to go in to a place and not know if the people are there enjoying a coffee with friends or just trying to get out of the elements. Now I have absolutely no problem buying someone less fortunate a coffee or something to eat but when I get out of my car and am hit up for money that's an issue. And lastly their drive through is the worst. I don't care when you go its always backed up overflowing into the cvs lot. I dont know about anyone else but I liked it back the way it used to be before they built the building separate from the plaza. But that was many many years ago. Overall not terrible...
