If I could give no stars, I would. This location has the most unpleasant and unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. As if it's an inconvenience to them to order a simple coffee.
Just about every time I come here, I have a less than enjoyable experience. One occasion I walked in, there's some very distasteful music playing at full volume, some kid rapping and cussing along in the back, shouting across the store. I walk over and waited at the counter for a solid 3-4 mins and never got greeted. The cashier at the gas station point to a hidden doorbell. Literally no signs indicating the doorbell was even there. I pressed it a few times but the music was too loud for anyone to hear it. After another few mins the kid finally realizes I'm standing there and comes over to take my order but keeps the music playing at an unreasonable volume, so now I'm shouting my order to this kid standing right in front of me. I told him the music was little loud and it probably isn't the best choice of music to be playing considering there might be children walking in. He smirked at me and turned it down. After I'm handed my coffee and I start to walk away he turns it back up..
One other occasion that really stands out is a day I stopped in for a coffee and no one appears to be working. Nobody at the counter and no sound of anything going on out back either. After standing there for several mins waiting, I walk around the corner to peak out back and there's 2 junked out kids sitting on milk crates on their phones. I look at them and asked if anyone was working today. One kid slowwwwly gets up and comes around to take my order. Kid was completely out of it. I had to repeat my order 3 times. All I got was a med ice.
In all honesty, management should be ashamed of themselves for even hiring these individuals. A new team and even new management may not be a bad idea...
Read moreJust want to give a quick review as today was my first time coming by this Dunkin’s, as I usually go to the one on Valley st & I’ll explain why. Coming by drive through the women is rude & obviously didn’t get my order right. One thing I alway said coming to these places the employees should always be friendly & kind & listen & repeat the order Dunkin’s for most of us is the start of our day & employees can really ruining someone’s day by not doing any of the above. So again my order (coffee) was not made right tasted horrible & this is why I only go to valley st Dunkin’s. They never get my order wrong they are always kind they listen & repeat your order I never had an issue going there. Please train your employees to be better don’t take your bad day on someone else because you don’t know what the other person is going through this is why it’s important to be kind especially working in the CUSTOMER...
Read moreI asked for the signature Pumpkin spice blended and they asked me whether or not that was hot. I said no blended means you put ice in a blender and they asked whether or not it was black. I advise them that's a pumpkin spice signature latte blended and again they asked me whether or not it was hot and black. I said never mind. I'll go somewhere else and the man leaned out the window to scream at me that I don't know how to order a coffee and I don't know what it is I'm talking about.
It's one of their signature drinks and I order it probably 11 times a week from different Dunkin' donuts, while it's in season. I have never...
