Update: I was ready to give them 4 start again as the last few orders were correctly done. Alas! missed items again in today's order. Staying at 3 stars. ------------------------------------1 Update: Keeping 3 stars, but adding to review. We ordered 4 coffee rolls through the app the day before using scheduled pickup. Which means they had more than 12 hours to inform us. When we got there the next morning, they told us they don't carry coffee rolls. Firstly, if an item is not carried, it should not be available for mobile orders. That's on the company. But, if the location has received the order, with multiple of just one item. They could have saved our trip and called us. Or had the order canceled.
-----previous review below------ Reduced my Star rating to 3 (from 4) because of my order today. First the person who handed our food through the drivethrough didn't let me check my order at the window. They were rushing. I moved to let the car behind me get to the window. When I checked my order, I was missing 3 out of 4 hash brown orders. I sent my teenage son inside and they told him to bring the paper bag the food was in. It would have made sense if the bag had a receipt attached. Anyway, I'm disabled but I still walked in. The lady my son spoke with was rude. She eventually threw a bag on the counter and said "here, take it", as if we were trying to score free hash browns. I took out $5 and put it on the counter and told her that I wasn't there to get free $3 worth of hash browns, with my $35 order. She said she can't take the money but she was told that there were two bags. Which there weren't. No matter what the issue was, she was rude, had me come inside when my son had already walked in with the receipt, wasted our 15 minutes over 3 hash browns. Read moreThis dunkin donuts i just got a collateral my fiance works for the big dunkin donuts corporation which I won't through out there but I ain't touching no donuts. Also never been a huge fan of dunkin anyways I dont care for their food really and to be honest I used to work there and it wasn't the greatest experience it was when I was in mh early 20s n im 40 now but im sure by now its under new management it was clean just not great customer service skills was ignored by 2 girls for 10 mins like at least when I worked there I understand being busy and juggling around with people in the front and the drive thru but there was no one in line inside and 1 girl walked by 4 times like dam at least if it was like that for me n I was busy I wouldn't walk by the customers in line waiting I would have at least said im sor sorry were short staffed today I will be right with sorry for the inconvenience I would have totally respected her for that and would have felt more comfortable but it was so rude. Nowadays people do NOT have customer services skills a simple I apologize we got slammed i will be right with you guys the apology goes a very long way versus walking by us 4 times and not saying anything or acknowledging us 5 7 mins later someone helped us. Today I went in & I learned something new: MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR YOUR SENIOR DISCOUNT, FOLKS! Management has told employees they can’t give a refund for it. I gave the kid $1 over the exact amount with the discount but he didn’t recognize me from the drive-thru. I heard him counting coins (he was on the D-T register) & I shouted that he shouldn’t need coins for me, senior price, & I guess he didn’t hear me & brought me a handful of coins. When I repeated that it should’ve been senior, that’s why I gave him what I did, the other employee said sorry, we’re not allowed to give a refund for that. Not a lot of money, I know, I just think the mgmt is trying to get out of giving it. They’re not allowed to ask (which I suppose some people might get offended at) & not allowed to refund it.
