Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester

Waited about 15 minutes in the drive thru to get a cappicino an ice tea and 10 munchkins. Finally got my drinks and food and started driving to work till i noticed half my cappacino was empty and not made to order i went back to get my coffee made correctly and with a hot cup like i ordered. There i encountered a young manager with serious attitude problems. First she questioned wether or not i even got the coffee there then all of a sudden she remembered making that exact coffee! She claimed it was full abd that she wpuldnt make my coffee to order. As she was making my coffee i heard her calling me stupid and a liar! I wanted it black finally since she refused not to put cream in my cappicino i had to take what she would give me which once again wasnt made to order. I did recieve my money back and when i asked for a hot cup i was refuseed and the manager "chaz?" Had the audacity to try and charge me more money after the whole entire event. That manager is immature childish and should not have a job anywhere and i cannot believe she is allowed to treat customers like that. Would give zero...

I really wish they could make my latte correctly because I really like using this location; it’s conveniently located, the staff is extremely friendly & eager to assist you & it’s always clean. The drive thru is quick, don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 5 minutes start to finish. But every single time I go there my latte is AWFUL! What I get is pretty simple: Lg Iced Latte with Caramel swirl, liquid sugar & whole milk but it was never made correctly whether I ordered through the app or in person! It’s either way too strong, they allow the espresso to melt the ice by putting the ice in first & pouring the espresso on the ice melting the ice & watering it down so you get a lukewarm watered down latte, the wrong flavor was used or regular sugar instead of liquid. One time I was given whole milk, caramel swirl & liquid sugar- NO ESPRESSO!! Regardless of what is wrong with it…. it is always wrong. These drinks are almost $7 so I want it the way I want it. Today is September 15 2018 I went in here to grab a coffee before i got on the road. It was i want to say around 5p.m. I asked for a Med ice Hazelnut coffee 4 and 4 liquid sugar with a Hazelnut swirl in a Great One cup. The girl said she can't do that I have been getting my coffee that way for ever. But this D&D's I can't I was willing to pay extra for the cup. She asked how i would want it 3 times. Not only that I paid 15 cents extra for the cup because of the peal tab. Was about to go make my coffee and was going to peal off the tab. I asked why are you doing that she said because we can't just give them out. He boss Jim said it's not allowed. Now remind I just paid 15 cents for it.will never go to this D&D's again.
