We paid for tickets to see a band, and we were not told we had to reserve a table if we wanted to watch the band. We were told to sit in the back room. When the waitress finally came over to our table about 15 minutes after we sat down, she seemed as if she really didn't know her job. We waited one and a half hours to get our food, but only 2 out of the 4 people at the same table had their dinner served. The waitress said she didn't know that that person had ordered a dinner. She asked if he still wanted it, she said she couldn't put the order in now because the kitchen was busy. I received my appetizer first but then had to ask about where my dinner was. She looked as if she had no idea what I was talking about. I needed to remind her what it was. She brought me my dinner, but it wasn't hot like it should have been. It was almost cold. The person, without his dinner, finally was served his appetizers! Still no dinner. He asked her if his meal was on its way out, she said no, but she'll put in the order now. He asked for a cheeseburger and French fries instead. about a half hour later, she brought out the meal he originally ordered. As we waited for our meal we saw every person waiting for thiers too. In two different tables each of them waited 2 hours each for their meals. Another table was served one meal, and there were 3 other people at that table still waiting for them. They waited an hour for the one meal instead of 4. The people canceled their order and left. The waitress came over and asked if I wanted to check, I told her no because I wasn't paying. I told her how disappointed I was with my meal and everyone at the table agreed. Her statement to me and my husband was, "This is more of a bar than a restaurant." If it were my choice, she wouldn't have gotten a tip at all. I saw a guy walking around to some of the tables telling them how sorry he was because it was taking so long and watched his disturb some of thier bill and give someone else a chip for a free drink. No one apologized to us, but now we know not to go there again. We spent wasted money to see a band that we...

Read moreOpen mic was fabulous. I'm back in town and haven't been to this place in 13 years. The owner was there and magnificent, we always chatted him up years ago, the music was phenomenal, it always is. the service, well the bar tender was polite, but, I question if she is in fact a licensed bar tender, and I ask this, because, we asked for a few different drinks her reply " I can't make that" " we don't have the ingredients " " I don't know how to make that" patrons sitting on pub stools were trying to help her, tell her how they are made she got frustrated walked away helped a few others came back asking if we know what we want yet.. we settled for a cranberry orange and vodka on ice, pretty simple...well just dumped it all in , no shaker, no mixing, just threw it all on ice, we had to waste another glass to mix it ourselves...she seemed kind, but very overwhelmed is all..I still thank you for a great...
