Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Manchester

If I could give this store a zero, I would. I ordered online and had it delivered. They didn’t notify me when it was delivered, no knock and didn’t update the app. After it had been plenty of time I looked and it was sitting outside my door. The bread on both sandwiches was harder than I’ve ever had. Could barely rip it with my hands, and forget trying to tear it with my teeth. I called and talked to the manager on duty, Conner, and he disregarded everything I complained about and said he made it and he knows it was fine. I called the next day and talked to the other manager on duty, Eddy, and he also completely disregarded my concerns. This has been the worst customer service out of any restaurant I’ve ever been too. I will NEVER give this store my business again. I’ll go out of my way to make sure to NEVER go to this store again. All I asked was for them to replace my sandwich and they refused. One sandwich isn’t worth losing a lifetime customer to them. (I already have submitted feedback twice online and haven’t gotten a response although they said someone would contact me within 48 hours....

We order jimmy johns A LOT This location is the worst we have ever been too we can refer from the app and even if we change the settings, it seems to always default to this store much to our dismay. Our order is ALWAYS wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s rare I even review any business or even formally complain. I have formally complained to jimmy johns at this point. And they responded. The owner of that store responded and offered to credit my account which is nice and all but I still can’t believe how bad that store operates. We just got an order from them and AGAIN, like always, it’s wrong. Maybe we are just spoiled with the excellent service and sandwiches from other locations but someone seriously needs to fix this one. I’m s comical how terrible it is at this point . Swing by almost daily and I'll be honest I've never seen a fast food place working as hard as these kids. Its almost 8am, I needed some day old bread so called ahead and the manager told me to come on down.I chatted with the gm at the window today I asked about business. She laughed said busier than ever with half the crew they started covid off with but she applauded her small crew and how hard they work (she said 5 people besides her trainees!Whew)

Luckily I wasn't essential at the beginning of covid so enjoyed working from home so I ordered delivery or came by drive thru most days and understood during peak hours the wait would be longer. But it's always great and when time allows the gm or her other manager will recognize me and say hello and how my days been going noting something from a past conversation.
