McDonald's — Restaurant in Manchester

Went to McDonalds on May 26, 2023 at 5 p.m.. Clearly posted on side of building was a 2 dollar meal deal, a 4 dollar deal meal and a 6 dollar deal meal. I took a picture of the banner advertising these items.The $6 meal deal included a Mcdouble, a small fry, 6 chicken nuggets and a small coke. I went through the drive through and could not get employee to understand what I was ordering. I clearly stated that it was on the side of the building. Instead of asking a manager he just said he didn't know what I was talking about so I went inside to place my order. I ordered the same thing and the cashier didn't know what I was ordering and so I told him again and explained what was on the banner outside. He kept saying it doesn't include this, it don't include that. So I went out side to take a picture of the banner to show him what I was talking about and a so called shift manager or whatever she portrayed herself to be, came outside and said "can I help you"? I pointed to the banner and she shouted at me not to point my finger. I told her what I was trying to order and that it clearly stated what was included. She told me "Well she ain't told me nothing bout Dat! Whatever that was suppose to mean. Dont know who "she" is she was talking about and she didnt even bother to walk over to read the banner herself. Obviously it was advertised on the side of the building and she wouldn't even go out and read it. I said just forget it, I'll call the owner and the cooperate office and she said ok. So here is yet another POOR REVIEW FOR THIS EXTREMELY POOR. EXCUSE FOR A MCDONALDS. CORPORATE WILL BE CALLED AND AN EMAIL OF THE BANNER WILL BE...

Seems like a nice newer McDonalds but the staff is horrible and this place is dorty. You can tell the tables and chairs haven’t been wiped done in a few days and the floor hasn’t been mopped with clean water. I travel all over the US for work and the people working here are the rudest most disrespectful people I’ve come across in a long time. Two older gentlemen were waiting in front of me and the worker came up and “I guess you don’t know how to use the self service” in a very condescending tone. The gentlemen replied that they’d just like to get a couple of vanilla cones. Then the lady repeatedly said they don’t have those. After the gentlemen explained if they had another type of ice cream the lady rudely took their vanilla ice cream cone order. I ordered at the self service kiosk. Waited several minutes after my food was done for a cup and ended up walking up and getting one myself from behind the counter as they laughed at me. The owner should fire everyone working this afternoon and start over with a respectful staff that is customer...

It used to be decent under the old owner but now not so much. Anyone can tell the employees are very unhappy there. I have experienced it multiple times where the card reader in the drive-through would not work properly and it backs up the line putting more stress on the employees and making customers frustrated. continuing issues like that in turn will not only make employees unhappy but will cause the quality of food to go down… and it has (photo provided) The breakfast is still ok being that they have your item in stock.

It is frustrating if you order an item through McDonald’s app and pay for it but when you get to the window, they say they don’t have the item that you already paid for then they just throw in a cold sausage biscuit that’s been sitting out to replace your $5 item you did not receive and I have experienced this multiple times.

I have also noticed that the prices at this McDonald’s are noticeably higher priced than what you will see at other local McDonald’s...
