Went to order a pizza for the elderly man I am taking care of. He had not had time to call me back yet and with my antibiotics I had to use the restroom terribly. Mind you most people cannot force or make their bowel movements any faster then they can, an employee came in and told me to get moving. I even opened the stall door to let him see I wasn't up to anything illegal as I understand their side as well but it got to the point he didn't care he told me to go to the point I felt rushed to even wipe. I ended up calling the elderly man I take care of and telling him I will go somewhere else. They lost my service and my respect because I was not treated with respect. The fact that me being in the bathroom made its way through the whole store in minimum time and received comments on my way about drop the bag and such as if im on drugs or using drugs? I work at a drug free job where I was actually just drugged tested. That was a very hurtful thing and very rude and hurtful for someone to accuse a hard worker of something like that simply because I could not wait for the comfort of my own bathroom to go. I was almost compelled to still order AFTER the fact but just the stare and the treatment. Nevwr again. I know that there are many homeless junkies in the city but that doesn't mean you accuse any young gentleman who needs the rest room. Have never been treated so absolutely horrid. I would give negative stars if I could. Friendliness and comfort to customers is very important to me as I have worked in thT type of setting before snd I would never treat someone's that way. I literally opened my stall door pants down and all just to show I was using the restroom correctly and that didn't matter. Your loss on customers and I'm done keeping quiet on judgemental people. If you feel you have to harass every customer that has to take a dump then you may as well close your damn bathrooms rather then treat a hard worker badly because you "assume" anything then...
Read moreIf you deliver for Uber Eats, Doordash or one of those mobile food delivery apps, I do want to do a quick, public review, to save you all the same trouble that I constantly experienced the only few times I accepted orders from here. The wait times at this place, even when they are not busy, are very excessive. And the staff absolutely do not care how long you wait. The three times I picked up here were all horrible experiences. The last time, I waited 20 minutes for a thing of mozzarella sticks, that a customer ordered. It was late on a Sunday evening, I walked in, informed the woman at the counter of the order, she tells me, "it'll just be about 5 more minutes." I told her that it wasn't an issue. About 10 minutes goes by and she kept repeating every minute after that, "they're coming." I heard this for what added up to 20 plus minutes, and I got angry and stormed out. The cooks, no sense of urgency, they look like they drag their feet on even a simple order like I was there for. If you deliver for any of the food delivery apps, I would seriously reconsider if an order from this place is offered. These folks need to get it together! And learn the difference between 5 minutes and 20 plus minutes. I will never accept another order from here. I lose money when I do so.
I want to also add, that my review is staying permanently. I feel it can be an effective method of preventing others from making the same mistake and getting stuck waiting and furthermore wondering if anyone else has had the same experience.
EDIT: I have never ordered from here, I never would. The person typing the response is butt hurt over my leaving an honest review that is gonna stay here for life. It is simply a warning to other food couriers to use caution when picking up here, as these folks drag their feet, while you stand there waiting and missing out on...
Read moreWe have been to Pappyâs many times over the years and have always had great experiences. We went Last Friday and I donât know what happen. We ordered an appetizer and the appetizer didnât come out until most of the meal was served. We ordered season fries with one of the meals and they came out without seasoning. We mentioned it to the waitress and she said she could bring out some seasoning. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese. Some bread was brought to the table in a little loaf. We touched the bread to look inside to see if the cheese was hidden inside and it wasnât. We told the waitress we had ordered the garlic bread with cheese and this wasnât that. She picked the bread up and proceeded to walk over to the other side of the restaurant and put it on somebody elseâs table. When we were leaving I asked to speak to a manager. A younger girl asked what was going on. I told her first about the appetizers and she said â there is nothing we can control hon. Itâs getting busy.â We have ordered appetizers many times there and this has never been an issue. We wouldnât order appetizers if we knew we couldnât have them until the meal. I told her about the incident with the bread and she didnât look to bothered by it. She said she would talk to the waitress. I wasnât feeling confident that would happen by her lack of reaction. I know I would be horrified if I was served bread from another persons table that was touched. I donât normally complain but I just want this to hopefully be a learning lesson for the future. This is the first time we had an issue here and the food has always been amazing. This night we noticed the owner wasnât there and it was definitely...
