I ordered pizza from here on a Monday evening for pickup after seeing a coupon for them. Folks should know that you aren't able to do half and half pizzas there, depending on the type. So you can't mix and match a lot of their specialty pies. We ordered babes beauty and then added sundried tomatoes and roasted red peppers to one side (you are able to add to half a pizza, just can't get a different kind). The pizza was advertised as a thick crust but unfortunately it was just too much dough for the amount of sauce that put on. I understand liking a good crust but it was too dry and needed more sauce on it. The crust was also supposed to be garlic, but it only seemed to be added to half. Additionally they charge $2 per topping, even if it's only half the pizza, and don't put much. The one pizza ended up being $27, so thank goodness for our $5 off coupon. I'd still say it was overpriced however. It was an ok pizza, but expensive and not worth it considering the cheaper options around.

I recently placed my first delivery order and I was eagerly looking forward to enjoying some delicious mozzarella sticks. However, I was surprised and disappointed when my order arrived with fried ravioli instead. Mistakes can happen, so I decided to give them another chance. For my second order, I opted for the steak and cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. To my dismay, they used cherry tomatoes instead instead of regular tomato slices. The steak and cheese itself was unpalatable, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste that I can't even describe. It seems lacks a proper system for delivery quality checks. For the $70 I spent, the food quality and accuracy were unacceptable. It's clear that they don't prioritize delivery customer satisfaction or care about the mistakes they make. If an item is unavailable, they should call the customer instead of making substitutions at will.Overall, my experience was terrible, and I won't be ordering from again.

Plenty of parking in a big lot. We were the only ones there on our arrival (early dinner.stopped passing through to PA). Picked our cozy roomy booth. My husband is a huge lover of race cars and hot wheels so having this theme is really fun. Took a while to get our drinks and order in, which was surprising since we were alone for a while. We wanted to try the brick oven cheese pie. So we got a small. It's great you have 3 options of doneness to the crust. I wish we had that in our city. We had the middle/normal option. I ordered Joe's veggie sandwich (eggplant, artichoke, pesto, tomato, lettuce). My husband had a cheese steak. We split 2 apps- fried pickles & the regular fries, sweet potato fries & tots all in 1 basket. Well, we didn't realize portions are so big lol. My sandwich was enough for 3 days. Everything we had was delicious. And we had beat the dinner rush. Glad we stopped in to this cool little spot!

Sometimes Wooster is blow your mind great and sometimes - not so much. Monday night all you can eat pizza and wings can be disappointing as pizza gets tough the longer it sits. So unless you're a big family, you get the pizza they made whenever they made it. And you have to plow through the pizza to get more wings. That can be rough too.

So sometimes we go there for the wings alone. They're pretty fantastic! Addictive! The garlic parm are killer good. Salads are okay. Entrees are not good, pretty terrible but they are mostly fresh and won't kill you but they sure won't make you a believer that Wooster St is an Italian restaurant. It's like someone who specializes in cafeteria food decided to make Italian food. They've got all the fresh ingredients at hand, so they could do a LOT better in that dept.

The house iced tea more often than not is DISGUSTING. UNFRESH - and tastes nasty. If you want a cup of coffee - don't do it. If you want tea, the water tastes like their coffee. The sodas are okay.

It's a mixed bag but mostly delicious if you stick with: GREAT PIZZA right out of the oven. GREAT WINGS. They have a good dough. So anything other than the favorites like pizza, calzone, wings and a salad on the side would not be a good choice. Go for what they're known for because if you want Italian food, you're going to...

Before I get in to my review, I want to be fully transparent that this was my favorite place. Emphasis on was. The pizza alone at Randy’s deserves a 5/5. I’ve frequented this place plenty and I’ve ordered delivery plenty. I’ve stayed very loyal to Randy’s, I’ve recommended them to many, and I have always praised them to others for their amazing food. For my birthdays we’d order Randy’s. When my employees wanted pizza, I ordered Randy’s. I’ve been going there since there was a school bus inside of the restaurant that hosted kids’ birthday parties (which is no longer there). After being a loyal customer for so long, the least I would expect is some reciprocity. Getting a 10% coupon off my next order for a $40 order that was completely destroyed, is not reciprocation. It’s insulting. It’s bad enough I keep “accidentally” getting jipped on the takeout special, because somehow every item is ran up individually and I end up paying extra, but this last incident was the last straw. Made a delivery order for myself and other people who had never had your food before, the Logan’s Stuffed Madness, a pizza I highly recommended, only for it to come completely destroyed like a dog tore it apart. Again, great food and definitely more expensive than it should be,...

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! Went here for the Wednesday deal of all you can eat pizza and wings. When I called they failed to notify me it was only for boneless wings. When we got there the waitress told us, okay that’s fine. So we ordered a cheese slice for myself & a pepperoni slice for my husband. We both got a thing of boneless wings…. Or should I say chicken tenders. This chicken was NOT boneless chicken wings. It was full on chicken tenders tossed in the sauce you wanted. The pizza was absolute TRASH. The cheese was so thin and cooked so much that it literally was like eating cardboard. My 1.5 year old couldn’t even eat the pizza bc she couldn’t chew through the bottom of the pizza. The pepperoni pizza was soaked in grease to the point it was dripping when you picked it off the tray. My husband ate two slices and was sick to his stomach because of the grease. He almost threw up. When we got home his stomach hurt so bad he had to lay down bc of all the grease. It’s 12.95 for al you can eat pizza and wings. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! it’s not wings. It’s chicken tenders. Not even popcorn chicken. FULL ON CHICKEN TENDERS and the pizza was garbage. Just don’t waste your time and your money. Used to love this place and it’s totally just gone to garbage...
