Moo Moo's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Mandeville

I've been a consistent customer for 7 years. I've liked the cobbler a la mode option but as time as passed, it's become mode with sauce. Tonight broke my streak. Ordered peach cobbler and another order of blackberry cobbler. Neither had cobbler crust or cobbler fruit. Just a 1/8 cup layer of peach drizzle/blackberry drizzle and a large scoop of custard to fill the cup 2/3 full for 7.50 each after tax & tip. Portions over the years have continued to be shrinking as prices rose and the cobbler honestly became less warm. I really was a fan and recommended to many people,. Now I've been removed from the list of patrons in 1 last effort to try to support this business. I'll spend my "treat money" elsewhere. I WAS a customer. If you can't serve the food, remove it from the menu, don't keep charging more and giving less. It disappoints me to write this but maybe it saves this business and gets it's owners involved in day to day to understand what their loyal customers feel. Good luck, it was good until it wasn't. Our first time going(and our last)the girl that took our order seemed super confused when we ordered, we paid and she said see you at the other window.. It was not her but another kid at the window, he handed me someone else's order to start, I handed it back to him, he then walked away looking clueless. The custard was okay but they served us snoball syrup that was fermented. Super disappointed in a 16$ order with a 5$ tip. Had the service been a little better we might have tried again but they didn't even offer to exchange the nasty stuffed snoball. I'm all for hiring kids but damn train them to be more attentive...

It feels like a slap in the face to walk up to the door of a place and read their sign that says they close at 9:30 and it's 9:07 but the door is locked, someone just pulled out of the drive thru and the person 5 feet from the door clearly knows your there but will not look at you no matter what. I would have accepted a "sorry we're closed" All I wanted was to buy a cake out of the freezer for my wife's birthday, I wasn't going to order 7...
