I ordered and paid via Wendy’s app. The app states to pull up to the drive-thru and provide my name but in the app it states Order Name: “my initials.mobile.” I tell the drive-thru speaker that I have a mobile order and provide my first name. The employee states that he “we do not have your mobile order.” I tell him my Order Name in the app and he states “Sir, we do not have a mobile order for you!” I try to confirm the Wendy’s address with him of this location but he decides to go mute on me and leaves me sitting at the drive-thru. Finally he tells me “just pull around!” I am now frustrated by his perceived attitude and lack of professional communication. I then wait several minutes for the 2 cars in front of me and finally reach his window. I show the screen of my phone with my mobile order details. He states “I found your order as an inside order pickup.” I tell him I did not select an inside pickup on the app and I showed him my phone again with instructions to pull up to the drive-thru. He continues to disagree with me. I told him that I was right twice and he was wrong twice. He tells me “I’m not trying to be right!” He does not look for a solution but instead wants to argue and have an attitude with a paying customer. His lack of professionalism and inability to make it right was astonishing. The female manager(?) in a different uniform came by the window and I asked her “why does he have an attitude.” She shrugged her shoulders and said “I don’t know, what’s your order?” Again, no one wants to properly communicate or make the customer feel valued. I finally received my order after an extended wait without a thank you or any appreciation from the staff. My iced coffee was UN-drinkable. Disgusting! It was not right so I tossed it out. I don't know what ingredients or additives he used but it was not consumable. I am requesting a full refund and an apology from this location. This was an unacceptable experience, wait time, attitude and...
Read moreThis Wendy's was very unsatisfactory. First of all they overcharged me. Second of all they charged me for apple bites which I didn't get because they didn't have them. Then when I asked them to take it off of the bill they said they could not do that and told me that they would give me a frosty instead. The whole reason for asking for apple bites was for dieting. Therefore the Frosty did nothing for me. And I also found it hard to believe that they can't remove a item that they have rang up because they don't have it to sell and they have to charge me for it anyway. Also I ordered a chili with my order and received no spoon. How do you eat chili with no spoon? I guess that would be very carefully. They seem to be like a bunch of children working with no management. Nevertheless I doubt if I will go back to this Wendy's. I hope that management or upper management sees this comment and actually addresses the issue. You cannot just charge people for something that you cannot sell them. I actually believe that's against the law. Anyway warning to everybody this is not a good place to get food from. I would avoid this Wendy's. I don't know if there's a scam going on to pilfer money or what the reason isthat they would ridiculously say that they cannot remove an item that they have rang up because they cannot sell it and then force you to get something else. Maybe corporate will see this. I deserve a complete and total refund of my entire order. And I don't even think that would be enough for me to return to this Wendy's. If I could give a -5...
Read moreSoggy fries, melted cookie sundae and no chocolate. Friendly but overworked and under supplied crew. Locked in line drive thru crowd every night. Wendy's ought to be ashamed of themself as a renowned corporation. They work their employees like slaves, not enough staff, product supply poor and expect their employees to work under this duress for low wages and smile for the customer and provide great service. Last night I went and the lobby was locked off limits to customers at eight o'clock pm. Then tonight I go and they are out of chocolate. If you are going to run a promotion , I can see running out at the beginning of the promotion until you can make adjustments to your supplies based on future sales. Let's face it this store in Mandeville Louisiana is a popular location and Wendy's is letting it go down hill. It will be out of business within a year if they don't turn it around. Sorry to have to present you with the facts but you should know anyway bc otherwise you just don't care about your business because you are filthy rich and you don't care about your employees because you are not in their shoes. Shame on you Wendys. Dave would be turning in his grave by now. I'll bet if he were here today this would not be happening to a once great quality fast food chain.Welcome to the new form of slave...
