I just had the worst experience ever! I go to the store all the time! My order is always the same every single time. I told the girl very clearly my order, when I got my pizza it looked a little different. At the time I didn't think much of it thinking it could have been from a different cook, so I left. When I happened to glance at my receipt in my car I realized they charged me for the wrong thing and then realized I did get the wrong order. So I called the store and spoke to one of the cashiers and then the manager Sanjay. He proceeded to argue with me and was very rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience or the wrong order and then basically told me that I was lying that his cashier didn't get put in the wrong order and hung up on me. So then I proceeded to turn around and go back to the store to take back the order and demand a refund and to get the correct order. When I got there I saw the cashier and explain to her I told you very clearly my order and it was wrong she proceeded to be rude with me and started arguing with me so then we got into a verbal disagreement. The whole thing was extremely ridiculous and I am there all the time and spend a lot of money in that store. The fact that the manager was rude was crazy he proceeded to give me my refund which was good but then when I ask for the correct order he told me to leave. That whole situation was ridiculous and crazy! That store is very close to me and I go there all the time but I don't know if I'll be going there for a while worst...

This location failed me big time. I went at 5pm which is in the middle of their 4-8pm hot n ready service. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, cheese bread and 2 liter. They said the cheese bread would take 10 min. Fine. 25 min later I go up to the counter to ask when itll be ready. They said it's in the oven. Really? Ok...10 min later I go up to another employee to ask bc the one that took my order wasnt getting the point. She checked. Said it is in the oven. I have now waited 35 min. The guy asked what I ordered. I said pepp pizza and a cheese bread. He said, cheese bread? Yes.... we dont have cheese bread ready, we have the reg breadsticks. I said, I ordered cheese bread and have waited 35 min now. He said well itll be another 15 if you want them but we have breadsticks ready. Ok, gove me the breadsticks. Whatever. I was tired of waiting. 10 min go by, he says what did you order? At this point it has been 50 min I've waited, I tell them and then I see hes buttering them or whatever in the back. I finally get my pizza and leave but I received no apology. This place is horribly unorganized. I’m a loyal customer and have always enjoyed your food—especially the return of the pretzel crust, which I was thrilled to see back on the menu. However, I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had on April 20, 2025, at your 1225 45th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 location.
When I arrived to pick up my online order, I walked into the store and was not greeted. I had to initiate the interaction to receive my order, while the employees at the front were wearing headphones and looking at their phones. It wasn’t until an employee working in the back stepped in and told me someone would be with me that I got any sort of acknowledgment. This is not the level of service I’m used to from Little Caesars.
When I arrived home, I discovered that the quality of my pizza was subpar. I ordered the pretzel crust pizza, but instead received a dried-out pizza made with regular crust. I called the store to speak with a manager, but the person who answered said there was no manager or shift lead present—something I found very surprising, as I believe management should be on-site to help resolve issues like this.
This experience fell short of the quality and service I’ve come to expect, especially compared to other Little Caesars locations in my area that have always been great. I’d appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and look forward to a resolution.
