I so wish I had stayed taking pictures before I left. It's f'ing gross.
I just spoke with the owner. He seems genuinely concerned and sorry for the experience. I'll continue the review after some thought.
Here's a quick idea. Let's all comment on how closing the store for a few days to deep clean the place could and would make a more pleasant and healthy eating experience for all their fans.

When I went up to order I took a couple seconds to look at the menu, but as soon as I stepped forward, the employee behind the register watched me then proceeded to turn around and walk into the kitchen. He came back after a couple of minutes and I was finally able to order. I stepped back to wait for my order then a female employee came up and asked me about my order and if it was dine-in, etc. She told me to go ahead and sit down and that she'd bring it to me. I waited nearly 10 mins when there was almost no one in the location or drive thru. However, instead of bringing me my food, the female employee came up and asked me what exactly it was that i ordered. So no only do they have terrible time management, they can't keep their orders organized. Once i finally got my food it was the wrong thing anyways. I jad ordered a four piece sauce and tossed, and instead i got just regular chicken strips. I don't mind that at all, but still. I have told two different people what I had wanted, and still got the wrong thing. One more thing was their lack of cleanliness. The stores manager needs to retrain everyone there on how to clean, and possibly everything else. Just a bad experience...
Read moreSo disgusted with this restaurant. A few weeks ago we decided to make a late night ice cream run. We drove 10 miles from Ogden to the store. We got there with 35 minutes to spare. They never answered the drive thru intercom and after sitting there for 5 minutes a kid came out the back to dump the trash and he said he didn't think they were going to answer. We figured maybe it was a bad night and wouldn't hold it against them. Last night following Fort Rileys victory week we decided to try again. We had a great night and a blizzard would be a great finish. We arrived at the drive thru at 10:43pm. The websites states the drive thru does not close until 11:00pm. We sat there again the customary 5minutes and no answer. As we pulled around to the window a young male worker saw us coming and ducked back into the store. If you don't want to serve after a certain time you need to adjust your hours of operation. Otherwise the shift managers need educated.
