Pandora Rolled Ice Cream — Restaurant in Manhattan

Well the kids absolutely loved the place and it's a very unique ice cream boba tea and little extras here not to mention to slightly aesthetic experience of watching cream turn into ice cream and rolledup. Tonight we walked in the poor lady that was working the only one did a pretty good job of getting us all through the line and getting busy on her stuff and got us all served I'd say within 15 to 20. It was a little pricey but as a birthday treat to my daughter turning into into adult I would say it's worth it but yes it's only part I didn't like was the way that the ice cream although it looks amazing and it did taste good it just kind of fell apart and was hard to eat after the initial first couple bites. for an extra-special outing or treat I would definitely recommend the place but as just a casual getting ice cream place it's definitely a little too pricey for myliking and although the employee did a great job getting us through the line it would have been nice to have at least two people working on stuff because it was a school night and we didn't get home till about 10 at night and considering we spent at least an hour there, I guess I just didn't plan for the extra time of a before close Rush at the ice cream place nor did I account for the extra minute or two it takes per person preparing such a...

It was my first time. I just moved here. They rushed me with my order. There is no customer service and that is what we take pride in here in America. I could easily report this business for sanitation but I actually promoted them before visiting since I wanted them to succeed during covid19. I will take down my recommendations on all social media outlets. My bad experience was when I was walking out the door. The door is so heavy that one of my almost $9 cups of ice cream dropped. I Cleaned it up and told them they said it's not our fault you will need to pay for another cup. I bought another almost $9 cup to enjoy with my family but I will not go back. I spent $40 plus added $3 tip to their jar and received horrible customer service. The best way to treat a business that cares nothing about customers....don't go there, tell everyone you know ...they're business will not prosper. Id imagine by next year this business will not exist.They do not treat their employees nice either.They make you stand so far back that they cant hear your order correctly and give the wrong drinks. My initial exposure to this business was not good. It was at the tail end of 2020 when we first moved here, the service was horrible, the ordering process was, worse. It just didn't feel like a welcoming place so I wrote it off and said I wouldn't go back.

Almost two yrs later, my MIL was visiting and asked to try it so we reluctantly went in. To say that I was pleasantly surprised at the overall difference would be a massive understatement. It feels like it's an entirely different business. And on top of that, the staff they had were so lovely. I'm assuming it was college students, which makes me even more impressed. The staff were friendly, attentive and worked fast! Moments after we came in to a deadly quiet shop, another 5 large parties followed right behind us and those two employees worked so hard to keep up.

I would not only go again, but I'll gladly recommend it to anyone looking for what their shop offers. I'm glad I gave it a second chance, even if...
