I bought about $260 worth of shirts at Rally House in Manhattan, KS. I had to return one shirt and exchange another. I was in a bit of a hurry so I asked an employee where I could find the one shirt I was hoping to exchange and he just waved me off and told me I had to look for (four employees standing around the register talking about weekend plansâŠ). I really loved the shirt so I went out on the sales floor trying to find it in a smaller size. After 10 minutes (I couldnât stay much longer as I had to get to an appointment), I still couldnât find the shirt, and, the same four employees were still standing around the register talking and laughing. When I went back to the register, I was not happy. Unfortunately since I couldnât find the shirt I was hoping to exchange, I told one of the girls Iâll have to return both shirts because I couldnât find another one to exchange. She then proceeded to lie to me and said, âWe get tons of âmerchâ every single day and we constantly move everything around. Most of the employees here are part time so itâs not our responsibility to know where stuff isâ. They have time to chit-chat but they donât have time to help customers or learn where the âtons of âmerchâ is located on the sales floor. So I went on line to order the shirt. That was five days ago. When I check the status of my order, it states a shipment label was created but USPS is still waiting on the package. Doesnât look like Iâm getting the shirt. I just checked online to see if itâs still available but itâs sold-out.
Iâll never spend a dime at Rally House again. Non existent customer service, waste of time ordering online. Horrible experience so please donât waste your time...
   Read moreThis Rally House has exceptional customer service. I do not have a Rally House near us, but they became my favorite store based off of a recent experience. I was trying to track down a jersey for my husband for his birthday. I looked all over online but everywhere was out of the kind I wanted. I came across the Rally House website, but the jersey I wanted was "In Store" only. I then used the store locator. I have family in Topeka, but they were out of stock there, so I tried Manhattan knowing that I could get it from their as well. The website stated 'Limited Availability", so I called. I told the friendly gal who answered the phone that I lived over 2 hours away from Manhattan and the jersey I wanted. She apologized and said a new policy wouldn't let her take an order over the phone, and she didn't believe they actually had what I was looking for in stock. She checked her system for both Manhattan and Topeka and both were out of stock. She then took down my information and said she would see what she could do. I received a call first thing the next morning, and she had tracked down a store in the Kansas City area that had the jersey in stock. They were unable to mail it to the Topeka store, but one of the workers from the KC store would be traveling to Topeka and could drop it off there. My family was able to pick it up there within just days of me calling, and I received the exact jersey I wanted in time for my husband's birthday. Called the store and the man told me I needed a printed slip to do in store return. So I called customer service they told me to go to their website and click CHAT to help me further with my wrong item issue. Did that and the chat agent Samantha was awful. Told me that the website had an error and though the picture says jersey #22 and I ordered #22 they don't have jersey #22 that's why I got jersey #23. Make it make sense?!? She then said I should be able to go in store with my order # and return the wrong item despite the store telling me otherwise. I wasted an hour of my life dealing with this I'll never get back all because the Rally House customer service and support and qaulity assurance and website errors.
