I'm always remiss to leave a less than stellar review for a local small business but I also can't lie about our experience.

We went during what was normal rush hour for literally all the places in Poyntz but upon entering, there wasn't a single person in here. We were a little surprised, given other establishments right next door were packed but decided to give it a go anyhow.

Everything is basically a la cart but the prices in comparison to other locally owned burger shops comes across as if it's meal pricing. But not a big deal - as we were just assuming the burgers would be amazing.

While the burger itself wasn't bad, it was incredibly lackluster. There was almost no seasoning to it and it felt very much like something I could cook at home from frozen even though we assume it's locally sourced beef. The sauce however was impressive and definitely made up for the burger that fell short.

We ordered sweet potato fries on one order and regular fries on the other. Again, both lacking any seasoning and we were left with just the sauce which thankfully made up for the bland fries.

We both ordered a shake because people had raved about the shakes as well and I will say this was the one good thing that we ordered that I didn't find disappointing. I would definitely stop back in for this and this alone but the price and flavor for other items are not appealing enough to spend that much money on.

I hope they can figure out how to last, grow and adapt because the market for small businesses is incredibly tough and they're going to need to figure out a way to attract more customers during restaurant peak hours. But I wish...

I had an amazing experience at Spark's Burger Co! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering burger options, each with its own unique twist.I decided to try their signature Spark's Burger, and it exceeded all expectations. The patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The toppings were fresh and added a delightful crunch and burst of flavor with every bite. The bun was soft and toasted to perfection, holding everything together flawlessly.Their selection of sides and beverages complemented the burger perfectly. I paired my burger with their crispy sweet potato fries, and they were a delightful contrast to the savory burger. The drink menu had a great variety of options, including craft sodas and milkshakes that were simply divine. The ambiance of Spark's Burger Co was warm and inviting, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The attention to detail in the decor and the cleanliness of the restaurant added to the overall positive experience.Lastly, the service was top-notch. The staff was not only attentive but also knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and ensuring that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.I highly recommend Spark's Burger Co to anyone looking for a delicious, satisfying burger experience. It's a must-visit for burger enthusiasts, and I can't wait to return for another culinary adventure at this fantastic...

🍔 My burger scale out of 10: 10 is a burger made by Gordon Ramsay. 9 is a burger made at 5 guys. 8 is almost as good as five guys. 7 is not as good as five guys. 6 is better than fast food. 5 is McDonald's or Burger King quality. 4 and under is always a waste of money.

😅 I rank their burger a high 6.

Pros: Burger was made warm, cheese was melted, grill marks present. Made in less than 10minutes. Sparks sauce was amazing! Their sides are simple but tasty, 8 out of 10👌🏻.

Cons: 🤨Burger was as dry as a McDonald's double quarter pound that had been sitting in the warmer a little too long.

How I'd fix 🤔 : The burger pattie needed to be a little thicker, cooked at a slightly higher temp, with a slice of salted butter on top, and seasoned, so that it retained all of that juicy burger goodness.

👥️ Customer service was a 10/10. These people are extremely friendly. Staff were clean, attentive, and happy to help and listen. Their owner is genuinely a nice person.

Restaurant appearance was a 7ish/10. Style was a little confusing. It was kind of Midwestern, southern, sporty, rural ish... The building was spotless and smelled delicious.

🤑 Pricing was affordable and on par with other local restaurants.

I'd be happy to come back to this restaurant in the future. Overall experience...

I had their bison burger with sweet caramelized jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Overall a really solid burger you definitely taste the meat there's not a lot of fat in there there's definitely a good chew, The cheese is ridiculously creamy and rich I have to say it's probably my favorite cheddar on a burger ever, The jalapenos were sweet and crisp with a good kick. Overall if you're looking for a more gourmet burger to sit down and enjoy Go with the special. If you want a good solid double burger get the regular with all the fixings. The lemonade was classic and the onion straws with the spark sauce are a fantastic combination it's definitely not just burger sauce.

1st impression was terrible. Milkshakes on the counter unattended. It was gross. Place just open up but looks like some run down joint. Food is very distasteful. Went to rest room and on my right gross meat balls that suppose to make yall real meat burgers , stack on top of each other with no covering. Just damn right gross. I do not recommend this place for any food. Fries gross, no salt and veggie burger, the trash can wasnt even worth to indulge in it. Like serious owner sorry but maybe consider another hobby. This food isnt worth selling. Freaking a disaster. Building needs maintenance looks ghetto. Waste of money. Mercy

Went to Spark's for the first time tonight. Loved the atmosphere and the service was awesome. My only complaint would be the price of the food. Not 100% sure but I think the burger was a frozen patty and also not very big. Don't think it was worth $9.00. We also had Fried pickles and potato dippers. Would be nice if the burgers included a side. I.e. $10.50 for Burger and side would have been acceptable. I had a chocolate shake that was very good and my wife had the lemonade that was also very refreshing. I am sure that we will be back as it's a nice change for scenery from the other places we eat.
