The CVS Pharmacy Team Nathan & the front staff are absolutely amazing! Thank you for the years of service since 2019 when I relocated to Manhattan, Kansas until relocating from just the beginning of April 2025 I've had excellent service first with Foster now Nathan the head pharmacist. I call in and I receives call backs with all the support and help especially with the traveling I do. Thank you CVS staff getting you checked out and have always been very cooperative. I very much do appreciate their commitment to customer service !! The weekend suck with the shortage around Kansas City in general believe they amazing here! Treat them good! I was mortified in front of other people when she said that to me. You made it sound like I was committing stolen valor which is the grimiest person in existence. You showed that CVS doesn't stand behind the Veterans of the United States of America. Please retrain your staff on showing respect to the people who put thier lives on the line for your freedom.    Read morePlease avoid this pharmacy. I had a surgery this morning, and doc prescribed strong pain killers. The pharmacy opened at 10, my wife went there three times. Its Friday, and they will close for the weekend, and having one hour at hand, it was a traumatic experience to think about spending weekend without pain killers.
Finally with some mercy, they gave us the painkiller 10 minutes before the store closed. No contact information, no way to ask for store support. The main office customer care tried, eve they failed to seek support.
