I don't know why this place is a 3 star when the food and service is a 5 star! First off this place is hard to find in the dark but when we did, it was like finding a hidden gem. Immediately my friend and I were greeted and seated. They seemed friendly right from the beginning and welcomed us with a menu and our drink order. Usually Mondays are slow and don't have the best service in restaurants but this place was one point. I told the waitress I wanted to try something new and different, she recommended the Crab and Shrimp with Penne pasta in a garlic cream sauce. My friend ordered a shrimp and scallop ravioli in a red wine sauce. Both dishes came with bread and salad. I had the house salad with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing and I must say it was amazing. Every part of my order was something new and some I have never eaten. We didn't have to wait long for our food and when it arrived it was hot and looked amazing. My dish was full of crab perfectly shredded throughout the dish unfortunately they forgot the shrimp but the dish was still great. I informed the waitress and she apologized and tried her best to make it. Personally I didn't mind and I appreciated the gesture. Our waitress did a great job of making sure I was feed and happy with my meal. I also had to try my friends dish of scallops and shrimp ravioli in a red sauce. I must say that dish was so good I wish I would have picked it. The sauce alone is out of this world and it just made the dish. I have to say my experience was better than I expected on a Monday night. The service was top notch, the food was amazing, and even though the location was hard to find it made it a great place to have a nice quite dinner. I would highly recommend this place for Italian food and seafood, you'll get your money's worth and then some.

Not a great experience. Service was ok but the food was really not great. The poblano cheese soup eas delicious, but followed by calimari that were overdone and stiff. I got the "filet" for $27 Med-rare and got 1 -4oz portion perfectly done and 1- 4oz portion that seemed to barely touch fire and cool on the inside. There was no seasoning and I'm just unsure of the cut in general. Broccoli was maybe steamed and tossed on the plate. The only thing with any real flavor were the mashed potatoes. My wife got the chicken broccoli Alfredo- said it tasted good but the chicken looked like it had just been boiled or something and tossed in sauce. There was no dimension or texture to the dish and it didn't look very appetizing. We initially thought it might be tofu or something. Not a great trip overall. We'd been here before for our anniversary and got stuck in a corner and forgotten about. Was hoping to ditch that memory with a stellar meal after some time but left disappointed.

This year was our first time attending the Fire & Ice Festival so we had no idea how difficult it would be to find a place to eat dinner in Lititz. We finally decided to leave and head to this place on our friend's advice. Let me just tell ya, if you're not a local, finding this place is tricky, its actually in a small airport and even here there was a wait. About 30 minutes after arriving we were seated at a high top table near the bar, we had plenty of time to peruse the menu so we ordered immediately. Hubby I both got the Shrimp & Crab Alfredo which was non-traditional yet very good, they add Old Bay to the sauce to give it an extra kick, between the starter salad and the pasta we were full to the gills. Sadly I can't recall our server's name but she was on top of everything and very friendly. We'll be back for next years event and will keep this place in mind.

Was there last night and was extremely disappointed. I'd stopped by before to grab a pizza on the way home from the gym. It looked decent. So I wanted to try it out. Last night, and I know this isn't the restaurant fault entirely but the live music was laughably bad. Excruciating to the point all 4 tables around me were taking about how bad it was. Bread was great. Salad was terrible and something was wrong with it like it hadn't been washed. Very very peculiar flavor like a slug was in it though I didn't see anything wrong with it, it smelled and tasted..... Strongly and not in a good way. I remember thinking if I get sick.. It was likely the salad. Dish was good chicken limoncello but not as good as the last time. The drink wasn't good either Mudslide was heavily watered down and barely tasted like anything. But where it was truly awful was the experience. The waitress, Nicole was what was in the receipt... She never actually introduced herself.....could not be less interested. Said as few words to us as humanly possible. At first I thought it was just because it was loud. But then when she dropped off the salad she didn't say anything at all. I had said I was going to keep the drink menu to order something and I couldn't order it because she never actually stopped by or asked about it ever again. Never checked to see if our food was right (someone else has served us dinner). Never asked us if we needed anything. Never actually served us. When another person came to take some of our plates away she stopped by and started talking to him, not us as of she was annoyed someone else was actually waiting on us and doing the job she was refusing to do. I practically yelled as she was walking away "excuse me!" Just so I could order a beer. She stopped by once more at the end when we were done to ask curtly if we needed anything else. I said two boxes and the check. Three times she stopped by after that, one to deliver the check and again to pick it up and drop off the receipt she didn't say anything at all. Not a thanks for coming, not please come back. No goodbye. Nothing. Just dropped it off and stormed away. And she was treating the other tables about as badly (I didn't see how she was treating the party last night but she walked out if that room with the same curt dispassion so I'm going to bet about the same). I left her the worst tip I've ever left anyone in my life. I personally tipped the Buss boy and bar because they actually did their jobs. Got myself a bag for the box because I would have died of old age before I could actually get Nicole or whatever her name was to actually do anything. It's a damn shame. It looked so nice the first time I stopped in. I'm never going back here. There are better Italian restaurants in the area. Carrabba's is actually pretty nice. Drinks are better. Food is sightly better. Service is infinitely better. Prices are the same. And your ears won't bleed as...

I believe this is in the process of going under new ownership so want to give them grace to figure out their kinks, but our last dining experience here was probably the worst we've ever had. Luckily we were with good friends so we were distracted enough for our 2.5 hour meal...if it were just my husband and I, we probably would've walked out before our food came (which we saw some others do as well). For starters, if you eat outside, it is a limited menu that does not include pasta at all. That was our biggest disappointment. Fiorentinos is known to be an Italian restaurant for their pasta, there needs to be an updated menu online or disclaimer that pasta isn't served outside before people come here. The outside menu included some apps, sandwiches and pizza-thats it. We sat down at 7pm and didn't receive our drinks until 8pm, food didn't come until 8:30 which at that point was when we ordered our second round of drinks. Our waitress came back to check on us after our meals were finished and realized we never got our second round (which at this point we definitely didn't need and should've just told her not to worry about it) so we didn't get our second round of drinks until 9:15. Which made our meal 2 1/2 hours long...2 rounds of drinks, 2 personal pizzas, a burger, and a meatball sub. Food was decent but definitely not worth the experience. I will say our waitress was literally running at times to fulfill her duties. She continued to let us know the kitchen was backed up and apologized/thanked us for being patient with her. This review is not against her what so ever- and the second star is solely because of her and how informed and transparent she was with us through out the entire meal. But management really needs to figure out a better process-if low on staff then give people a wait and don't seat them or let them know before they are seated to expect a 2 hour dinner. You are losing more customers who are walking out mid meal and I guarantee probably won't come back rather than giving them a wait until your staff has a manageable amount of tables to cater to (speaking mostly about kitchen and bartenders). This was my husbands first time here and when we told him it was known to be a nicer Italian restaurant on the same scale as Ciro's or Carrabba's he was floored and said he thought it was a dive bar at the airport-which honestly don't blame him for the experience we had. We will probably give them another chance in a few months once they have some time to figure stuff out so really hoping it start to go back to the great Italian restaurant...

If you would have asked me 8 years ago, this review would have received 4.5 stars. We arrived on a Sat afternoon to get a beer and an app at their outdoor seating since it was so nice. Here it goes...

It took us 15 mins to get seated while being 3 of maybe 25 total people in the restaurant. The host said "I'll be right with you", and never returned. The bartender and two waitresses also asked if we had been helped, and after stating the host said he'd be right back 5, 10, then 15 minutes later, they finally told us to just go outside and pick a seat.

We picked a seat. Then sat for another 10-15 mins or so before I finally went and found a waitress on my own. She came and helped us, but didn't know what was on tap and there "is no beer list". I told her I had checked the list posted on the wall inside and was told "yeah, that's not right. We definitely have Coors light, but the other stuff hasn't been updated in forever". Ok. So no beer list, the blackboard inside next to the bar is wrong, and the staff doesn't know what they have available. To the bar it is!

I asked the bartender what was available and he pointed to the taps. I asked what they are, and was met with "this one is an IPA and an 8%-er". Right, but what beer is it? You don't know? Cool. At least the bartender was very polite and did end up getting me which beers were available. He was probably the most helpful person in the restaurant.

We just wanted to get a beer, an app, and watch some planes. The 2nd star is solely because we saw a cool helicopter come into the airport. I felt really bad for the family next to us, 6 of them, who hadn't seen their food an hour after ordering or the guy searching for his waitress so he could just pay and get the heck outta there.

I don't know who to blame for the poor service - the lack of management of a bunch of high school kids is probably the culprit - but getting a beer and an appetizer shouldn't be this tough. I can't leave a review on the food, but if it's anything like the service then I'm glad I didn't get it. Sad too, because we used to visit for dinner often...
