I came here cause I use to go to the park city diner and new there service was great and food just as good. I love their grilled sticky's. When browsing the info/menu online it said they had a 🍨 that was caramel vanilla grilled sticky sundae 🍨 😋 😳 =my exact thoughts. I called in. I believe on a Sunday morning it was extremely busy. When the gentleman took my order he couldn't seem to find the sundae option the whole reason I wanted to place an order. He said he'd figure it out and took my name for the pick up order. I went in, and even though they were super busy, I was greeted as if they weren't busy at all. I paid and the gentleman explained the reason he couldn't find it to enter the sundae into the system was because it was something they no longer carried. They stop selling them some time ago. Of course I thought what a bummer 😕 but before I could even say it's okay thank you for looking into it he states. They know longer have that item it's something they got rid of some time ago but he asked around and one of the cooks knew how to make it. So even though this item was no longer available and being how busy they were, he simply could of just stated they no longer made them and went on to the next order. Instead this gentleman took the time asked around regardless of how busy they were and still got it complete. That in itself shows regardless how busy they are, they are still there to make each and every person who comes there enjoy themselves and whatever it is they will do whatever is possible to make sure you not only enjoyed the food but enjoyed exactly what u came there for. Thank u night and day you definitely made my...
Read moreFirst of all, the fact they are open 24 hours is a MASSIVE deal to me. I love being out at night and unfortunately ever since COVID it's nearly impossible to find anywhere that's actually open. Secondly the atmosphere and place itself is pretty stunning. It does not look like a typical diner, the decorations, architecture, and everything are very different in a good way from all these modern, industrial, or "retro" diners. Thirdly, the prices are very reasonable and average for a diner. HOWEVER the portion sizes are nearly double that of an equivalent diner at the same price or lower. And last but not least, how does the food taste? The food tastes just as good as any other diner at a similar price point. It isn't going to be the absolute best 80$ meal you'd get from a fancy spot with reservations, but the food is AMAZING for the cost and amount you get. Lots of food, Very cheap, and tastes good. The service was also very good. Very casual in a good way. Not too fancy but not sloppy or bad by any means. If you're looking for food and don't wanna settle for fast food but don't wanna spend $50 on dinner, why would you go...
Read moreI’m highly disappointed in this place, the third time here and it’s always the same service, everyone ignores you until you actually speak to them to seat you which is ridiculous, I had mia as the server and she had horrible customer service if you had a bad morning or didn’t get enough tables that’s on YOU that does not mean to take it out on the customer, I ordered my food and she kept proceeding with a snooty attitude and kept forgetting basic simple things like straws and utensils, I got my food and right after I got my food she gives me the receipt doesn’t even give me the time to enjoy my food I get you guys are a dinner but how come everyone around us was eating with NO receipt in front of them, she literally threw us out, horrible experience with a great back of the house you can tell they are over working them selfs and deserve extra pay, too bad that the front of the house makes you guys look like a joke, very unprofessional of the server following us just to hear what we had to say about her. MIA you need to get a better job and loose the snooty attitude working as a...
