Very bad experience! I ordered a crispy chicken Caesar salad. When I received it there was no dressing. They handed me one small pack of dressing for this huge salad. I asked the lady at the counter if they could toss the sld with the dressing mixed in and that it would need more dressing hence the salad was so large one packet was not enough. She took my food to the back for a few moments and came back and handed the salad. I looked my salad up and down yet no dressing was on this salad nor did she toss it. All the toppings were still perfectly on top. I opened it and took a some lettuce out and tried it and as o thought...no dressing. I asked for another packet since she did not add any or hand me my dressing packet back to do so myself. She then got rude and stated that normally would have to charge more for extra dressing. Witch is normal for most places when it's actually extra dressing and in this case was not. For and $13 salad with plain lettuce and a bad attitude I will never spend my money there again and was not able to eat my food out of fear something wrong was done to it by the employees.(women at front counter) after reading a few reviews I noticed I was not the only unhappy customer with similar issues and only thing they will do about this review is send an automated...

We ordered takeout for the superbowl. We called ahead of time and they were really helpful. In fact, when they noticed my different area code on my number, they even double checked to make sure I was calling the right restaurant.

I cant speak to the building as we were in and out, but it seemed nice enough inside.

We got spicy bbq and parmesan garlic wings along with an order of jalapeno poppers and a personal hawaiian pizza. The wings were nice! Honestly both of our favorite part of the order. The meat was tender and juicy and the flavoring was solid, though we both have a preference for parmesan+garlic sauce and this was a dry rub. But still good!

The jalapeno poppers were also enjoyable. Rather than full jalapenos stuffed, they were halved and flattened which left a lot of space for cheese.

I think the size of the pizza held it back? Which is on us. But it seemed a touch on the dry side. The flavors were still solid and it was by no means a bad pizza. It's the perfect type of pizza to have with ranch (if you're daring) or the marinara sauce that (I think) came with it. Ask for them both though!

All in all, quite enjoyable and would recommend. More for the wings than anything- they know...

I ordered two 3 ft subs for a special occasion. I picked them up and took them to my event. After unwrapping them I see that they were BOTH charcoal burnt over half of each sub. I cannot understand how someone could put deli meat and cheese into these subs and be ok with sending them like that. After my event and very dissatisfied, embarrassing experience I reached out to Francesco's. I was told they always bake their subs golden brown. This was BLACK. If I am able to post pictures on this review I will. I showed pictures of the subs. I was told they would get back to me. Of course after not hearing from them I contacted them for an update and I was then told the owner would offer me $5 off my next order. Livid is an understatement. I did not have anything nice to say after that insult. The owner never contacted me, apologized and it's a shame that any reputable restaurant would do business like this. I definitely do NOT recommend...
