Tonight we ordered pizza online. The tracker said that the pizza would be ready in 16-26 minutes after the order was placed. He drove 20 minutes to pickup the pizza and upon arrival was told that it would be ready in 45 minutes. There was ample staff, and a whole lot of people coming in and getting mad, people calling and hanging up because they were told there was a 2 hour wait on orders at one point. There were NO chairs to sit on while waiting for your pizza. I gave the overall rating a 3 because I wanted to get the attention of the Dominos website so that they can fix it! The wait times on the Dominos tracker are completely wrong and that needs to be fixed! It is not acceptable to put your customers through a two hour wait while standing in a lobby with no chairs! People would have stayed home and waited until their pizza was close to ready and then headed over there at the correct time. After working all day and wanting to feed your family, the last thing someone wants to do is drive 20 minutes to get there and then stand there waiting. It is also not acceptable to do this to your employees! The employees have NO control over the website and cannot fix it while they are drowning in 100 orders and have customers screaming at them. You will not keep employees by leaving the website malfunctioning! They will probably all be crying by the end of their shift! If your website doesn’t work, shut it down and make people call in their orders like the old days so that they can be told an appropriate amount of wait time and make a decision if they still want pizza for supper. Do better Dominos! Side note- the manager handled the situation appropriately and recovered the situation. The pizza was really good, and I’m really glad because after an hour and a half from the placed order I would have been furious if it was terrible! Thanks for your hard work tonight Dominos...
Read moreOrdering was easy and I got my order fast, however, not only was the guy who checked me out rude and uninviting, stating I had to pay more money for one thing of marinara sauce. On top of that, I asked for the largest original pan crust pizza, yet I was given the largest size with brooklyn crust aka cardboard. It ruined my entire pizza. I called, told them the situation and the person who I placed the order with said she's told me that would be the case, however I would've never purchased it had I known it was going to be brooklyn crust. Then another person came onto the phone and only offered to remake the pizza correctly. I was not about to drive all the way back into town again, but wasn't even offered a refund, a coupon or anything attached to my account with dominos. I try many times to eat here, to give them my support and business thinking each bad experience is just a fluke, but once again I'm proven this is just a bad store....
Read moreI have been a loyal customer for years to this location, purchasing almost weekly. With that said I had ordered 1 medium pizza for delivery and after an hour of not receiving my order I called to inquire as to what was taking so long. I was informed that it would be an hour and a half wait. I told the lady on the phone that it has never taken that long. The lady then canceled my order and informed me that it would take time for the money to be replaced onto my card. When I said I wanted to pick-up my order the lady said it would still be an hour and a half even though the tracker showed my order was ready, but because my order was canceled out I now needed to start the process over again and wait another hour and a half for a new pizza when mine was sitting there waiting. When I tried telling the lady this she proceeded to hang up on me. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the customer...
