I left a 50 year old Bible with them that I had recovered. I was told that they could match the gold lettering on the front with an engraved name. It was supposed to be in the bottom right hand corner of the Bible. I went to pick it up, the engraving was in the middle of the Bible and it was in black. It blended right into the covering and was difficult to see. I was told by what I presume to be the owner that his mother took that order but I know his mother wrote all the instructions down because I watched her. She even suggested the gold lettering which I would have ask for anyway. Whoever did the printing obviously didn't bother to follow the instructions or call me and ask questions. This is a Bible I had given to my father when I was 15. I had it recovered and engraved to give to him as a gift. He's now 85 and in a nursing home.
