Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Manitowoc

Absolutely absurd pricing with this location! 2 pizzas were almost $60!!? This was an order that we picked up, so it would be even more if someone had pizza delivered to their home.

In addition, our pizza toppings were so light, we were missing cheese and toppings completely on sections of our pizzas. I was excited that Manitowoc was getting a Papa John’s, but this experience was disappointing.

Several days later, we were having dinner with a few friends of ours at a local establishment, and someone had asked if we tried the new Papa John’s, and what our thoughts were.. and we said it wasn’t a good experience. Beyond Disappointed! We just ordered for the second time after waiting 5 months to try one more time after a terrible experience. Well experience number two was equally as bad. I ordered a small Italian pizza. There was next to no toppings on it.. One slice had absolutely nothing on it. The pizza was 17.99 I also ordered a side of wings. There was 6 tiny and I do mean tiny wings with very little sauce. 10.99 for those. After tip and tax it was $38.44 for next to nothing.. After this experience we won't be back!! The parking lot was packed as well as parking being tight. When we walked there were 7-8 people waiting for pizza. The girl at the counter was obviously flustered with the phone and didn't even acknowledge us for about 5 minutes. When we inquired about our food we were told that they were on order 112 and we were 128 and that it would be about another 30 minutes or so which is how long we were told our order would take initially.
