Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Manitowoc

This store has only been open for a few weeks, yet it looks like it's been trashed in the final count down for Christmas! Items tossed around, shelves just piled like someone dropped them off in passing. I just stopped in today for a casual peruse, and found it to be nothing more than a low budget TJMaxx, but uncomfortable like a dirty gas station restroom. The few employees out on the floor were in the back chasing each other around, but stopped when customers came into view. I had no intention of making a purchase, but found one item I actually needed.. made my way to the registers, only one was open, and the cashier was slowly making their way through a very large pile of merchandise. I waited about 7-8 minutes with my One item, listening to what I assumed was the manager, talking to someone about scheduling through her walkie-talkie, completely oblivious to the fact she had people waiting far too long for checkout. I finally decided I would just find what I needed elsewhere and left. The professionalism is definitely lacking in this store, and I doubt I'll ever be desperate enough to return. I would strongly recommend sticking with kohl's or TJMaxx, as the prices are no different, and the management has enough class to wear clothes in appropriate sizes, without showing their...

My granddaughter and I decided to check out our new store in town yesterday. Upon walking through the door We were highly disappointed... The store is tiny and there was stuff out of sorts all over the place. It was a complete mess. The few items we picked up to look at were of such poor quality.
