Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Mankato

I got a bowl of what appeared to be spaghetti noodles with alfredo sauce and "parmesan crusted chicken". The pasta was decent, and the sauce and veggies were very good. The chicken left a lot to be desired...it was cooked, but was chewy, almost like it was microwaved. It did not have much of a parmesan flavor. Also, I couldn't find a salt shaker anywhere and didn't see any salt packets in their condiment stand. Had I been able to salt it, the chicken might have tasted better. The service was polite, but not particularly fast or slow. Also, it seemed like a lot of money for the portion size I got in my bowl. This is the third time I have ordered delivery through the noodles app and not received my drink. I attempted to call my driver multiple times with no answer which is at no fault of noodles but when I called the store someone named Izzy answered and was extremely rude off the get go. I confirmed the name on my order and she said that she handed the drink to the driver herself and insinuated that I was lying to get free stuff which is not the first time that this location has done this. I'm extremely frustrated and upset by the way that I was spoken to as if I was a child by Izzy. She refunded the drink but not before insinuating it was my fault by ordering it for delivery...

This location is very hit or miss. I almost always order the Mac and Cheese. It's advertised to be "cheesier", right. More often than not, it's dry noodles with shredded cheese. They seem to always be out or low on the cheese sauce. $13 for mediocre Mac and cheese is absurd. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, ordering different times or days and it never changes.

I've also had an experience where I ordered online, picked up my order, and realized they subbed parmesan for the cheddar cheese. When I went back they said, oh yeah we're out that's why we gave you parmesan. Who wants $13 parmesan noodles? They did refund me, but I'd recommend just going to the...
