I ordered a bowl online for pickup after I got off of work. I normally prefer this Chipotle over the Madison Ave. one as it's closer and overall faster for online orders, and after picking it up, tipping in cash in the metal tip bin, and taking it home, I was VERY disappointed to see that there was little to no rice or beans. This isn't an understatement, I genuinely mean there was close to NOTHING at all for rice and beans. All that was in my bowl was a small amount of chicken, and then a huge amount of sour cream and some cheese. The ratio of sour cream to chicken was so great that it turned the chicken ice cold to the temperature of whatever the sour cream is refrigerated at. What a waste. I've been in Mankato for 5 years now and have frequented this Chipotle, and I truly believe that whoever was working the line saw that I didn't tip on the app itself or something and decided to make a joke of my meal. Read moreFirst we go in and order and I ask what one of the meats were thinking it was pulled chicken and the girls mockingly said it's pulled pork. Then we go to pay and ask for the military discount that my boyfriend gets at every chipotle we have ever been to knowing that chipotles have them and the cashier says they don't have one. It's only for police officers. So we felt with it and went home to open our bowl with a long piece of hair sticking right on top of it. EW! So I called and asked for a manager and told him about the military discount situation first and he said that was him who checked us out which shocked me because he was a rude cashier and apparently a rude manager too! Then I said I also had a hair in my bowl which was the main reason why I called and he said he can get me a new one because that "hair" he mockingly said, shouldn't be in there. Read moreThis is the first and last time im stopping in chipotle, I wanted another quesadilla and the guy said I had to order it online because they were only doing online orders even though I had just paid. As soon as I sat down, four customers approached and he took their order. He said that the register wouldnt let him charge my quesadilla, but he was able to charge the other customers? I know the difference between online orders and walk ins. On top of that the steak on my burrito was cold. I was not satisfied at all with my service nor with my food. The host name that is printed on my receipt is Brandon tho I do not know if that is the name of the person who denied me service because non of the employees were wearing a nametag. I hope this will be fixed for future customers because as a stated I will not be returning to that location nor any other chipotle.
