Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mankato

Has roughly half the amount of standard toppings. E.g. Sausage is 1 per slice, cheese is much less than regular. You have to request "extra topping" to get the same regular amount as other places. This ends up costing a lot more.

Non existant service. Noticed this place puts the blame onto customers, not their employees. No communication, no improvement next time.

Never honors custom orders. Well done bake? Nope. Square-cut? Nope. Light reduced sauce? Nope. Remove a default ingredient? Nope. 3/5 requests were simply ignored every time.

Not a one-off incident either, they will deliberately ignore your custom requests, make big mistakes, realize halfway that they made the mistakes, ignore them anyway, not communicate any of this to you, and will give you the "we are too busy" excuse when later confronted, when there are 5-6 people working leisurely and digital order panel visibly shows they are in fact, not busy.

Friends have all had similar experiences with complex orders beyond just 2 topping.

Cheese indicates frozen ingredients here are not thawed properly. Could be a health and safety...

I placed an order for $100 worth of food for my son's birthday party. I placed the order the day before and paid with my card (as I always do). This was a delivery since it was my son's birthday party and I didn't want to leave to get food. The delivery came and then the driver told me I still needed to pay for the food. I said, "No, I paid in the app with my card." He said, "No, it says here you need to pay" and showed me the receipt that showed that I still owed. I didn't have that much money in cash hanging around. I LITERALLY had to collect money from GUESTS in order to pay for this order. I was so flustered and embarrassed. Later, I went and checked the receipt and checked my order. The order DID say it was paid through the app. I have tried contacting the company for over 2 weeks now and no one will get ahold of me to fix this. Never will I ever order from them again for an order this large if this is the kind of errors they make and they won't even own up to it and make it better. We will definitely be thinking of a different place to order from for my daughter's birthday party...

I like Dominos. But this place is one of the top 3 worst Dominos I've been to among many towns.

1. (The most important point) Ignores almost every extra toppings. Experimented with this a few times, and they put the same amount regardless of having paid $1.70 for each extra topping. Same goes for "light" topping requests, they are rarely met. Only exception is mozza cheese. It almost feels like the staff were told to do this by GM.

2. Gets order wrong 1/2 times. Something is always either missing or mixed up.

3. Cutting is uneven. All the time. One piece is double the size of another for every, single, pizza.

4. For an exact same order, quality consistency varies a LOT depending on the staff and what time you're ordering at.

5. Certain "unpopular" ingredients taste... stale. Like they've been stocked up for too long because not many people order them. I understand using frozen ingredients, but these taste... much worse.

Of course the upside to all this is that food comes out relatively quick most of the time, but I did not feel like getting my...
