EVERYTIME I call or order I get fifty different answers. If you order for deliver, which they say they have they then call and say the don’t have delivery. I have tried this service several times this year and have been rudely spoken to and never get a straight answer from anyone not even person who says they are person in charge of echo. Not real impressed. Now I’m being told it will be two weeks for me to have food delivered. Frankly I doubt it will ever come. These people have absolutely no empathy.
Recently I received a call from them explaining new information on delivery, then began berating me for being annoyed at the people I spoke with. Person didn’t identify herself so I have no name, she was so rude, and also showed same attitude as others who work there. At least it explains why others handle phone calls w frustrated people. Again, only wanted to escalate call I didn’t even make. How horrible to call someone as if being helpful when what she actually was wanting to “school” me. Then she became harassing. I’d rather starve than ask for their idea of “helpful”. So, don’t make these people mad they’ll harass you. Nothing good for...
Read moreI have actually never been to this place before but my husband and I are truck drivers and the produce and other food items we haul gets rejected for all sorts of reasons from bruised to expired. We are then told we have to get rid of the product and most of the times we can’t just throw it out so we are advised to bring it to food banks and everything like a food donation center e.i church, shelter, etc. We do have to find a place to give these food items to or it is just wasted and we aren’t just allowed to dump the product anywhere no predetermined garbage available for the millions of drivers across America or the world for that matter so we are grateful for the many different people who accept what we have to just throw out. Yes sometimes it’s sad the food is expired but that isn’t really under food banks control we get the product and sometimes it’s expired months already or they produce is bruised and big stores like WALL·E or tartare won’t take it to sell right! Thank you for the places that take the product and help others that are in need that is much needed across the world so thanks to this place and other...
Read moreWe had an appointment at 12:35pm. They open at 12:30pm. When they opened there were at least 12 people there at the door including my husband and I. We got in and checked in. We were told to go sit and someone would be with us in a minute. The volunteer got us and a cart. We were rushed through the place from the beginning of getting food. It was like they were trying to get everyone done at once. The food selection varies here. This time it wasn't too bad. We did end up getting some bad food from the fridge this time. In certain areas it seemed a little scarce for food options, but could be due to the fact they are also doing a summer kid...
