Zero Stars- I don't normally do reviews but I just had to this time. My fiance and I went for lunch today. She order the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I got the sirloin sandwich. When I took a bite out my sandwich it tasted kinda funny. The sandwich tasted like liver. I thought that was kinda weird. After a couple more bites I just couldn't eat it anymore. I had my fiance taste the sirloin steak that was in my sandwich and as soon as she put it in her mouth she spit it out. The meat was bad as in rotten. I notified the server. She notified the kitchen staff. When I asked what happened with that meat, she said it was thrown out. I work in the food industry and there is no way they did not smell that the steak was bad. Rotten meat smells horrible. I did not even order anything else as I was freaking grossed out. Never again will I ever eat there. No manager came out to talk to me about it or anything. Which IMO means that...

Is it possible to give this place zero stars? 3 people in our group ordered steaks and they came back raw. The chicken noodle soup I ordered wasn’t even hot which may have been due to the fact that the “bowl” is more like a deep dinner plate so that it cooled off by the time it got to our table. Besides that, the soup appeared to be of the canned variety with cubes of pressed chicken product and the broth did not have even a hint of chicken flavor. The service of our waiter was the absolute worst I have ever seen anywhere. He moved as though he was on a leisurely walk in the park. He also repeatedly missed our cues that we needed refills. This is the second time in a row that I have been seriously disgusted with the quality of food and service. I have been told that if Amber or Don are cooking that the food is GREAT, but I will not be going back...

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Terrible service and it took over an hour and fifteen minutes just for a cup of soup and side salad. The meat was frozen premade and if it was any drier it would have been jerky. One employee was short tempered and cut me off when I asked a question about bingo….that turned me off to the point where I didn’t even want to play. It seemed that the “regulars” who drank heavily got the best service. The owner was also working and was not very friendly either. It made my family and myself feel totally unwelcome and uncomfortable. The restroom has no heat or hot water. Definitely won’t...
